I had a little trip to Little Rock and we wanted to have some good food. We decided to go to Samantha’s Tap Room because I saw the reviews. Let me tell you! It did not disappoint at all! I had the salmon salad and my friend had the shrimp Asian salad and both were absolutely delicious! It’s such a pleasure finding hidden gems like this restaurant…everything about the restaurant is great! ambiance, food, service. If you want to have it all in one place then I’d say go to this great place, you’ll NOT be disappointed.

Wow! First time here and i cant wait to come back. We had the fried green tomatoes that were divine! Season to perfection. Lamb and grouper with broccolini for entrees. Wonderful! The grouper had a little too much butter but to each their own. For dessert, our waitress recommended the waffle and it did not disappoint. We had the waffle with vanilla ice cream. When i say melt in your mouth good!! It was amazing! Next time I’m in Little Rock, i will definitely stop there. Matt, our waitress was awesome!

Our food was absolutely amazing. The Char-grilled artichokes were to die for my Seabass with chimichurri and roasted mushrooms. Holy Toledo, so freaking good. My Husband went with Recommend a grouper and asiago cheese grits Yum Yum Yum!! Our service was great. Jordan was so helpful.I would drive to Arkansas just to eat here

Started off in dining area, shortly after sitting down. Definitely decided we needed to move to more to a laid back setting..the bar area. Our bartender/waitress was very attentive. Food was a bit pricey but well worth it, great taste!! Will be back!!

The reviews brought me, and the experience will bring me back. I was celebrating a successful day at work and wanted to treat myself. Samantha’s didn’t disappoint. I was alone, so I sat at the bar. I tried a unique blueberry cider that was delightfully unsweet, unlike so many others. I started with the Grouper bites with the house made dipping sauce. They were lightly battered and tasty when finished with the fresh lemon and sauce on every bite. I enjoy a good Caesar salad, so decided to give it a try. You never know how these may come out. Caesar salads can differ enormously. The salad came and was perfectly tossed. The dressing may our may not have been house made but was not overwhelming. The entree was the Tom Yum shrimp skewers. These had a unique and fantastic flavor. There were no sides served with this dish and I feel a vegetable accompaniment would have been well suited. Yes, even after all of this, I ordered an over the top dessert. The chocolate sac. They’ve found someone or some vendor that has created a lunch size sac made of solid chocolate. They’ve filled it with a sinful collection of treats to include two different kinds of ice cream, a whipped ricotta moose, shortbread cookies, a variety of fresh berries and almond slivers. It was delectable and fun to break off chunks of the chocolate with each bite. I clearly over did it tonight, but that’s what celebrations are all about. Bring your celebrations to the next level by including a trip to Samantha’s Tap Room and Wood Grill.

Wonderful downtown dining experience; moderately energized atmosphere with professional and courteous staff. Our server was very pleasant and often checked on us. She showed concern for our enjoyment of the dining experience. Food quality was superb and portions were amply satisfying. A very nice dining choice to celebrate birthday with great dishes to enjoy. Would definitely recommend!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I ordered the Grilled Tom Yum Gulf Shrimp with lemongrass, ginger, and garlic. Absolutely outstanding! The shrimp were perfectly grilled — plump, juicy, and full of flavor — with just the right amount of char on the outside. Easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in Little Rock.
