I don’t know how I never tho k of coming here but we always have great service. It was Lisa’s first week serving and you would never have known she was new. Fantastic service ! My chicken flatbread is always amazing and I tried the hummus for the first time. I think they should add a little more on this shareable appetizer but overall is was great

A fun place to have dinner near the hotel cluster near the airport. There are plenty of nostalgic items on the wall to keep your eyes busy. The service is amazing. The bartenders are attentive and professional. The entrees are delicious and reasonably priced. Order seafood – you will be happy you did.

This place was right next to the hotel I stayed in and I wanted to see what the host was raving about.
I walked in to a great ambiance and a great server, Christy. She was very personable and friendly from the beginning while taking my to-go order. Two other staff members, Lisa and Erin, were absolutely a joy to joke with and get great suggestions. Per their suggestions, I even ordered dessert.
I ordered a Hole In One burger and a Kentucky Bourbon and chocolate pecan pie something (I definitely forgot all the names). The burger was amazing and cooked to my exact temperature and flavor. It was a VERY good burger! But the PIE…WHEW. I’m not sure what was in the pie but I almost went right back to get another piece. It was GOOD. And I mean GOOD!!
I’ve never been to this restaurant ever but it came across very welcoming with a nice, opulent feel and ambiance. I honestly felt very elite going there, lol, but the staff (Christy, Lisa, and Erin) were very down to earth and welcoming. I hope they are there the next time I go. Erin, I’ll get myself a cranberry juice just for me (insider, lol).

I had the most amazing salad of my life! I will be back. The hummus starter was also very tasty and the sweet tea was perfectly sweet enough. The grapefruit vinaigrette was also amazing. Service was great although the server charger my card twice for someone else’s order but she refunded me and it was resolved. Overall really great experience.

I stopped in at Sam Snead’s during in Savannah and honestly, it ended up being one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. I ordered the Chef’s Catch of the Day which was red fish that reminded me of red snapper. It was topped with this silky, flavorful blue crab cream sauce with lumps of crab that tied everything together perfectly. The fish was cooked just right, flaky but still moist.
I asked to swap out the asparagus for spinach, and that ended up being a great call. The spinach came sautéed with diced tomatoes, which gave it a nice pop of color and flavor.
For drinks, I tried the Pomegranate Ginger Paloma first it was light, refreshing, and just the right amount of tartness. Then I had the Savannah Swing, which felt like the kind of cocktail you sip slowly and enjoy balanced, smooth, and a little indulgent.
Between the food, the atmosphere, and the genuinely kind service, everything hit the mark. It’s the kind of spot you can dress up a little for but still feel completely comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!
One small note is that I noticed Mr. Snead’s birthday is listed incorrectly on the drink menu, though it’s displayed correctly on the desert menu. It’s a minor detail, but one worth adjusting to keep everything consistent with the restaurant high standards.
Overall everything was excellent! The food, service and atmosphere. Sam Snead’s strikes that perfect balance upscale and relaxed, and it’s definitely a place I’ll return to!

Stopped here for a couple of pre-flight drinks and really liked the decor. It is filled with Sam Snead memorabilia and it’s very cool. I didn’t get anything to eat, but the dishes I saw looked and smelled delicious.

The steak was phenomenal! Filet was cooked perfectly with a warm, medium-rare temperature all the way through unlike most places that burn the outside with a cold center. The Cajun-butter topping was spot-on as recommended by the bartender that “handles” things well and congrats on the baby! I was thrilled to find a Hefeweizen on draft as well. Chocolate lava cake was also delicious especially with the raspberry drizzle. Only complaint would be the house salad with olives(personal no) and blue cheese dressing that lacked flavor.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience was an exception. I had the special which was the prime rib cooked perfectly with mashed potatoes. Everything was perfect. Taylor was a perfect server. Honestly 11/10. She was patient in explaining everything and she was very knowledgeable about the menu.
Taylor if you read this, great job, you were the best server I’ve had in a long time. Between the food and the exceptional service I will be back and I will be asking for Taylor.

They say no hats and business casual but nope. Hats and tshirts everywhere looks like Dennys atmosphere. Steak looked good no flavor. Loud as a wild wings inside.
