So we were looking for something other than pizza in Incline Village and find this spot…
Located in a bowling alley, this restaurant serves up Hawaiian-inspired style food. On the menu are items like Spam Masubi and fried rice. The food was good here. I ordered the sticky chicken bowl with broccoli and “Hapa” rice (white rice basically). My wife ordered the Poke Salad and the kids had Popcorn Chicken and a Cheeseburger.
The service was friendly, although some of the order got mixed up, they were quick to fix the issues.
In terms of ambiance, this place is like a mini D&B with lots of games for kids (and adults). Super casual and very kid friendly! Actually, this is a great spot to hang out at after a day of skiing with the kiddos. The gaming is not cheap though.

My husband, baby girl and I had the privilege of stopping by this hospitable place for lunch and were pleasantly graced with kind, thoughtful and friendly people. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is obviously passionate about making sure his customers experience is pleasant. You can tell that his family business is important to him and that showed through his demeanor, cleanliness of the establishment and friendly conversation. He made us feel right at home and at the end he gave a beautiful gift to my baby girl, a gift that will stay in her nursery forever. The food was delicious, we will definitely return before we head back to NY. Thank you to our waitress Angie and the owner for your kind service. You’re doing business the RIGHT way!

The restaurant is co-located with the bowling alley. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Full bar. I ordered the Asian pesto chicken sandwich no bun and fries. Chicken was good although was sliced chicken – not a breast. Pesto lacked a little bit of flavor. The pickled onions were good. My husband ordered the Korean fried chicken sandwich and said it was good. The kimchi was not a true kimchi. The tater tots were good.

We thought this place was dog friendly according to a yelp review so went on a Sunday when they opened. The outdoor patio was beautiful, spacious and completely empty-perfect for dining al fresco with our dog. However, they told us right away that they don’t allow dogs. So we got take out and had a picnic by Kings Beach. The food was OK but a bit overpriced and would have been better if we didn’t have to eat from paper boxes.

I really liked the mahi mahi tacos and the spicy spam musubi! The salad dressing was so good. The garlic salt and pepper chicken wings were really really salty I do not recommend. Atmosphere was very nice and happy mood and service was great. It is inside a bowling alley place so you can eat and then bowl if you want. Seats r comfy

Nice joint in the bowling alley. Decent food. Kimchee chicken sandwich was ok but not real kimchee rather a sauce.

Ono grinds in Incline Village? Best of all, prices are reasonable, which is saying a lot for this town. Yes, you are eating in a bowling alley, so the atmosphere is casual. We had the Mahi Mahi Tacos and the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, both were great. There is a full bar too.

You might pass on this restaurant because you are thinking it’s bowling alley food. Do not! The food was delicious. Some members of our party love and eat poke regularly. They were excited when they realized this was a Sam Choy, the godfather of poke, restaurant. My husband said it’s the best poke he’s ever had. Our server was not the greatest, but a nearby server recognized that and stepped in to help. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to give us the best experience.

My group ate here after bowling at the attached alley. It as so nice and convenient to sit down for a nice dinner after the activity. The menu is so fun and had something for everyone. I recommend Sam Choy’s to anyone who is already onsite for bowling or is just looking for a great spot to eat!

Great place to hang out, with bocce courts and other backyard games. A bit shady in the afternoon but otherwise great. Food is a different story. Poke should be the star, but it feels like it is more of a planet reflecting the light the name gives it. It lacks character and it gets covered by sauces, never a great sign when it comes to raw (ehm marinated) fish. Spam roll is a bit of a mess, with no clear flavor. I’m
