We ordered the fish & chips, fried chicken, a pupusa, and a few beers – all 100% gluten free and beyond delicious! The staff were wonderful and the brewery is super cute and cozy inside. We definitely will be returning regularly!

The best popusas in town! The menu is 100% gluten free. They even have dairy free popusas. Chicken strips are bomb! Can’t wait to try the fish and chips. Plus they are in the gluten free brewery. A gf beer and a popusa….yes please!!!

Being a Texas transplant, my husband and I have yet to find a decent fried chicken joint that we love. 10/10! Seriously, it was tender, juicy, yet stayed crispy! I’d come back for the fried chicken alone! Also had the HH pupusas revueltas. They were packed with filling, the masa was soft center crispy outside, and was brilliantly paired with the spicy salsa and curtido. Next time I’m in the city, I’ll definitely be stopping here!! Staff was super friendly. Cozy environment, good vibes, even better music playlist.

A must for anyone who’s coeliac or who wants great food. The beer was amazing and all the beer was GF. Heaven. Our server from Brazil via San Francisco was so lovely and genuinely interested in us and looked after us so well.

Perfect stop for delicious Gluten Free offerings! Beer is fantastic and the food at Salvi is amazing. You can tell it’s made with love, super hearty and great flavors. Koana took sweet care of us and was awesome to talk to. Very relaxed, brewery style atmosphere, yet small and easy to talk with your neighbors or have a private meal. Will definitely be back soon!

Best pupusas in Portland 100%. Just like my mom’s. Fulfilled my craving and absolutely loved that they have vegan options too! I tried the vegan cheese & bean, the regular cheese & bean and the cheese & loroco and they were SO delicious. I do wish they had given me more curtido and salsa, but I did ask and they happily gave me more. Definitely coming back.

Good food, great prices. The staff was really nice. It’s also really nice to have a gluten free place with normal prices and normal food where non-GF people don’t even think about it. I love pupusas too and it’s really nice to have this one in town. Plus parking is pretty convenient.
