I ordered this pizza at 8:00 8:30 I got a chicken Charlie and ask for extra country Sweet and extra blue cheese when I got the pizza there was no extra country Sweet or country Sweet on it at all so I call and ask them to remake it wait another 20 minutes and then they give me the soup pizza because the staff is mad that they had to remake it I usually order this pizza once a week and it’s not like this. There have been other times where I had to bring it back because the order got messed up and every time I had to reorder they just slop a bunch of it on there call it good because they’re upset that they had to remake it it’s always the closing staff

Horrible customer service!!!! The driver puts the damn pizza in the trunk of his car, hits the brakes half the toppings land on the other side, no refund just we will remake it for but you have to wait other hour ? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! the driver had an attitude of “I don’t want to be here” and the manger that sounded just like person I was transferred from had the most nonchalant attitude! Like she didn’t care nor was it her issue. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO BETTER !!!!!!!

We order food here regularly and we have for years now. At least once a week. We dine in and leave good tips. We have celebrated our families birthdays here and come for kids night regularly. I grew up going to the East Main location and occasionally still do. We even tipped the magic man back when he was there! We have a close friend who managed the Salvatore’s in Webster for years….

Tonight I called to place an order and the “manager” a young woman we’ve never met told me I allegedly owe money for an order I never paid for? She informed me we are not allowed to order here until we pay this balance…We have NEVER not paid for our food here.

The girls at the counter (who I had recently mentioned to my husband are rude, unhelpful and unfriendly) must be running a scheme here and I will not support this business or give them money again. What a shame because we have enjoyed coming here for many years. (AJ the bartender and the other woman who regularly take care of us at the bar have never been anything but wonderful and pleasant, to clarify I am not referring to them)

The implication here is that we have somehow stolen food and not paid for it. This is ironic because they keep the food behind a counter and you pay for it as you pick it up. Additionally, the young woman on the phone eluded to the fact that we have “gotten away” with not paying for this order because we use online ordering for our last order, so this is how we have managed to not pay for the alleged order….

1/28/25 closing staff is the worst. I ordered a Beef sheet pizza as usual. I never have any issues except once before; I didn’t ask a credit nor a refund. I only requested a note saying that there’s a pork allergy within the household. I called this evening once I realize that this is pork pepperoni. Beef pepperoni is much darker and the perimeter rises. I called to explain that pork pepperoni was in my pizza instead of beef. That’s all. This is the second time and I didn’t request a credit nor a refund. I was placed on hold; when the young lady returned to the phone she informed me that there’s cook said that he put on beef not. I explained to her that it wasn’t. She then she asked” Are the pepperonis was dark?” “No.” I replied. She then begins to explain how beef pep is dark and I told her that she’s correct. She places me on hold again. Natalie gets on the phone and explains to me that there’s no way that they could have made a mistake because the beef pepperonis are on the outside of the kitchen, that they are closed, and to bring the pizza tomorrow so that they can see. I remained unbothered until bring the pizza tomorrow. The nerve of this young lady. The disrespect, disregard, lack of professionalism, and basic soft skills. So this picture is for “Ray the Boss” to analyze. Just an fyi; I understand that you face many challenges in the service industry, definitely with people trying to get a discount or something for free. However, Natalie is a liability; if one my children was allergic to pork, we would have had a major problem. I can sacrifice skipping a meal. Here’s the pizza that Nat wants me to bring back in the morning.

Best calzones. We order online; a lot. We have never had an issue with an order. I feel as though the pizza has gotten even better. You know how some pizzas or calzones taste like the box? These don’t.

I ask for a large turkey or extra mayo, heavy onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers. There was no mayo and no tomatoes. I live to far to go back and have them correct it. Delete it that took my order was too concerned with making sure they got paid rather than making sure the order was correct. Next time. I’ll be going to Mount Reed Salvatores and let me not forget they put a little sprinkle of turkey on it.

A decent place to grab food and drinks. Prices are on the more expensive side and I don’t feel like the quality or service or atmosphere really matches the prices being higher than lost all other subs/pizza joints. Still it’s a decent place to go for slices or to sit with a group of people. Steak on the sub I got today had not great flavor and had a rubbery texture.

It’s in the building that use to be the Club Garage Door. They have a full bar, However I just ordered a Genny on tap because it was a Monday special. The food is amazing! I had a medium turkey sub with all the fixings and a chicken noodle soup it was so good!

The policy where you have to pay over the phone via card is crazy or wait over 30 min in store for the order. Im sure there is a good reason but this is the highest starred Salvatore’s and most of us apple/google pay here.
