Zero. This use to be a nice place a few years ago. Now. It’a gone down the drain. 90 percent grease on the pizza . They love to serve certain people burnt pizza. I tried their special for Saturday and it a thin crust. It should have been an ultra burnt pizza . You ruined my dinner then wanted to tell me it isn’t burnt. My son at the pizza. The new front woman on staff the little girl. She’s very rude . I’ll be going to P*rries down the street.

The food is always excellent. The counter service is top notch. Salvatore’s overall is a very good value and, for me, a consistent go to for lunch in the field. The daily $10 specials, are an excellent value!

Long history of HORRIBLE service! Many years ago I would order from this location while at work. Often times I found they would not provide utensils for eating food despite requesting them. Then I reached out, I was told this is the most busy location and it is unreasonable to expect them to always get it right. So I stopped ordering.
Recently I have tried them again they still do not take care to bring all the requested items with your food. Despite having an option to order utensils – they rarely provide them. Several times recently, I have ordered and not received what I requested.
I provided feedback and Vinnie responded “hope you enjoyed your meal” and a rude response expressing their displeasure that I provided them feedback.
I was told I am entitled because I am upset about not receiving something they offer for free. While it may be trival to Vinnie – when I am dressed up at work at eating messy food like pizza and wings, I like silverware to avoid messy hands and making a mess of dress clothes. If Vinnie feels silverware being requested makes a customer entitled, maybe don’t make those items available for the customer to request.
After 15 years in Rochester, I have deleted my salvatores account. I am sure they dont care and have plenty of other customers, so losing 1 is not big deal. But I will not pay this company another dime based on how this complaint was handled. Hopefully they rethink their customer service strategy and consider putting the customer, and their experience, over the experience Salvatore’s thinks the customer should accept.

All was well until disrepectful manager Vinnie tried to argue that this flat, greasy pizza is the standard. We eat from this chain regularly, the slices literally fell apart as we tried to separate. No way this was freshly made. Initial employee was willing to fix but Vinnie took over call with his nasty attitude as if he was personally offended. This was not an angry call so to be met with disdain was unwarranted. Needless to say I will use another location. Fortunately we have several to choose from.

Smashed pizza, called, nobody cared, saw a driver a few weeks later, told him I was done and showed him picture. Told me management would call… Still waiting… They don’t care. What I could scrape off the box and plop back onto the pizza was decent, but the whole experience has sent me elsewhere.

I love coming here because the food is very good but tonight I called with my first complaint and that was my grilled chicken in my salvie plate was burnt or old and because I am at work and could not return the food, the young lady on the phone said there eas nothing they could do. I even took a picture.

Just stopped in for the first time. Salvatores everywhere else has the best slices. I got a slice and a soda. Slices were soggy, both of them. So wet I had to toss em out 100ft from the door. Never again. I’ll pass
