I had the Pollo Piccante and it was ok, but I was disappointed in their minestrone soup. For years,it was a brothy chickpea base soup served in a shallow bowl that was just wonderful. Today, it was served in a cup and thickened so it’s more like gravy that tasted like it had too much flour in it. I want to try their two other locations to see if the soup is like that at all locations or just their Grosse Pointe location. Parking is limited to some by the side of the building and some on Mack Ave in front of the building.

Great service, great atmosphere. Their bread is fantastic, and their main dishes can be great, but are sometime a little hit or miss. Definitely worth checking out, but I would stick with something like Alfredo or meat sauce if you want a guaranteed delicious meal.

Atmosphere and server were excellent. Easy parking on the lot or on street. I had the chicken with salad and my guest enjoyed salmon. The dressings are homemade and they are amazing. They sell the dressing by the pink and quart. Great place for lunch or dinner.

Great food. Great service. Always satisfied when I eat dinner at this location. Fiancé and I went on a Friday night around 7pm, walked in, no reservation, and were sat right away. Staff was very friendly and hard working. Ordered sausage and peppers for an appetizer, good but needed a touch of salt and pepper. He ordered the shrimp scampi and I ordered the Pasta Mezzogiorno (I should have ordered this with angel hair, more of a personal preference). The staff is always willing to accommodate any special requests, I usually order the house salad to start, sub spinach. This place is top notch!

Real Coke Cola in the glass bottle for me is a plus. Not a long wait on a Friday night. Food taste great if you add parmesan cheese it may be a little salty but nothing over powdered had take out and dine.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant although I’ve driven by at 1 million times a coworker and I met here and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic. The service was great as well. I ended up trying the salmon di mare. It was flavorful, and the portion size was amazing as well. The hot chocolate was good too would recommend and will be returning.
