We had an amazing anniversary dinner at Salvatore G’s in Cabo San Lucas. They had no problem getting us in right on time for our reservation, which made the evening start off perfectly smooth.
Alan was our server, and he did a fantastic job taking care of us all night. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and he made the experience feel special.
The portions were huge, and everything we ordered was excellent — drinks, salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and the chicken Alfredo. Honestly, it was the best Italian food I’ve had in a long time — not just in Cabo, but anywhere.
On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I highly recommend Salvatore G’s to anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.
Five stars all the way.

We just finished our dinner at Salvatore G’s. once you find the front door (hint: go past the open window to the parking space on the left!) you’ll find a quaint rustic Italian diner in Cabo San Lucas.
Be very aware that the portions here cater to BIG appetites. We split the appetizer salad and still had left over salad. I had the Lasagna, while my wife had the Steamer Clams. Both dishes were fantastic.
The lasagna is a tower of multi-cheese flavor, sitting on top of an inch thick layer of sausage meat. It is so tall you cannot have a bite that takes in everything from top to bottom!
The clams were cooked beautifully and came in a broth that had a very nice little spicy kick.
Our server this evening was Paloma, and she was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. Her recommendation (the clams) hit the spot perfectly.
I’d very definitely recommend making Salvatore G’s a stop the next time you are in Cabo!

What really elevated the experience, though, was our waiter Alan; he was attentive, friendly, and truly awesome. His service made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. Nice experience, would try again! I had a nice dinner with excellent food and mediocre service. I sometimes find this to be true when dining solo, and it’s always a disappointment. Too bad I don’t deserve the same time, attention, and conversation that larger parties with bigger tips do.
Otherwise, the food and atmosphere were top notch. Beautiful outdoor seating. I had the stuffed mushroom (to die for!) and the porkchetta. I’m not a super fan of meat but it was worthy of ordering and the high reviews online. I would definitely go back!

Pablo was a fantastic waiter and super attentive! He was very knowledgeable about the specials, portion sizes, if they were out of something and some all time favorites we might want to try. The food was so delicious and the portion sizes are huge! I had the baked rigatoni ,my sister had shrimp fettuccine alfredo with wild mushrooms ,my husband had lasagna . No dessert because we were so full but the table over from us had a delicious looking dessert they were eating. When you visit Cabo you should definitely go eat at Salvatore G’s, you won’t be disappointed. Ask for Pablo and he will make your dinner great!

The highlight of Salvatore is the servers. They are all great and very attentive. The food however is exactly what I’d expect for Italian food in Mexico. Just ok. Portions are big which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for but so many reviews and people said it is was the best Italian food they have ever had and that was just not the case for us. Go here for the service and nice atmosphere.

Oscar, our waiter was outstanding. The portions are huge and the food is fresh and delicious. We shared a salad, we each had an entree and ordered dessert. We took enough home for a whole additional meal. The atmosphere is quiet and the staff is very accommodating.

We had such a great experience here tonight! Our group of eight showed up without a reservation, and they were so accommodating and quickly found a room for us. Our server, Oscar, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything the entire meal. The food was absolutely amazing, and the portions were HUGE! Every single dish we ordered was delicious, and most of us had enough left over for another meal. The prices were also so reasonable for the quality and amount of food we got. Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be back!

my friend and i were looking a place to eat that wasnt super casual but not quite fine dining and this place was the perfect place! the food is delicious and come in BIG portions and the ambiance is warm and pretty with plants/fountain/lights! we didnt make a reservation and only had to wait maybe 10 minutes at max and we were quickly helped by pablo! pablo is very attentive and helpful and we’ve even shared some laughs throughout dinner. i would definitely come back and bring others with me
