Stands out from the outside with the flora around the building. Inside decor & layout is simple yet welcoming; 2 tv’s one in front other in the back. Came with 2 friends. The serving size was enough to fill you & take some for later. Came specifically for the papusa & did not disappoint!!! $3 for each & a very generous size & came our hot. Coming back when in the area❤️‍

Was completely stoked for my friend to take us to this hidden little gem!!! The BEST Pupusa that I’ve ever had! These thick, pillowy tortillas are made of corn masa, stuffed with a variety of delicious fillings, and cooked on a griddle until golden brown. When bitten into, the crunchy exterior and soft inside create such a satisfying bite! The cabbage & sauce served with it was amazing! I loved the plantain s being warm and not too sweet!

My wife is from El Salvador, so she really wanted to try to place. She loved the food, the horchata was on point. She said it tasted like her grandma’s. But she really did enjoy the food. The vibe was quiet and pleasant. There wasn’t alot of people, but it was constant. And they had a never ending of To-Go orders. What we also noticed about the to-go orders is that the people from the restaurant saying the people picking up their food by name, which told us that they were returning customers. That says alot. The only thing we would recommend to the waitresses is to be more attentive, check on the tables more constantly. However, they were very nice and respectful. We highly recommend this place. Pupusas were on point, if i may add. If you’re from El Salvador, this place will remind you of home.

This is a SALVADORIAN Restaurant, food from the Central American country of El Salvador. I have been coming to eat here since I moved to Las Vegas in the mid 1990’s.

Yes, the tipical breakfast with fried platano, black beans, sour cream & hard cheese is amazing.
The pupusas are from 3 to 5 dollars depending of the fillings like melted cheese, chicken, beans, pork, shrimp, or loroco. The red sauce that they bring, does have a kick (a bit spicy). For the pupusa, they will serve you pickled veggies, it is cabbage, carrots and flavor spices. They call the cabbage CURTIDO, it’s a bit like sour kraut, and I loved it.

If you want an unforgettably delicious steak, order “Bistek de Res”, it has a side of rice, beans and salad.

They have the HORCHATA recipe from El Salvador. The horchata has toasted & crushed cocoa beans, morro seed, sugar, sesame seeds, peanuts, rice, coriander seeds, vanilla, & a pinch of cinnamon. Have in mind that it’s NOT Mexican Horchata. They have gasiosa (soda from El Salvador).
They do offer a little bit of Mexican dishes. I recommend you have the cheesy pupusas, because you can find tacos on every other corner in town.

The line can go out the door some time, and people don’t mind the wait. If it’s so busy that there are no seat available, you might wait about an hour for your food. The wait staff will be stressed and not friendly. Don’t take it personally, ask for an application and get hired. Please, show them how it’s done. Lead by example.

I highly recommend this place. I only eat here about 4 times a year. Many of my friends are white, not Hispanic like me. We always end up in some taco place . This is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. ❤
