I called at 2:11 PM for a pickup. I ordered 6 pupusas and cassava with pork. They told me to be there in 30 minutes to pick up my food. I got there and my food was not ready. I waited over an hour before the food was given to me. I saw there were only 2 ladies working, not sure if they only had 1 person cooking, but they were busy. They seriously need to hire at least one more person to help them. I got home and the order of cassava and pork was plain, with no sauce, no salad, nothing. I only had 3 pieces of pork (chicharron). The pupusas were good, but again, no sauce for them, no salad, which they usually include. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but they can do better on the service. Don’t get me wrong, besides the order of cassava and pork, everything else was good. I have ordered from here a few times, but this time was the worst for me. The prices are elevated I feel they don’t have a set fee for the plates. They don’t provided receipts either. Honestly it’s a mix of things. They can try to work out something to makes this places better. AGAIN FOOD ITS GOOD, service is lacking

Fresh authentic food. Makes me feel like I’m back in Central America. Cooked to order, so go when you have plenty of time to relax and won’t mind waiting. Try the pork and cheese pupusas. So far everything we’ve ordered has been delicious. One of our favorites.

Well, once again we find another place where the prices are significantly higher in store vs online price.
This place does not look like the pic online either. It has been converted into a makeshift convenience store.
I ordered the pork and cheese pupusa. Delicious! You get three patties. It’s a huge portion.
I orders their version of an empanada. It was also delicious
Don’t waste your money on the kids meal. It was 3 wingettes and a handful of fries for $10!!!
I think the pupusas are the best choice. The online prices was $7.50 in store was $10. Despite the price difference, I would still buy them again.

The food is amazing but I spent 50 minutes waiting for food even after calling early and basically lost my lunch hour waiting. The people are polite and the food is very good but if you actually want to eat food, order at least an hour in advance

Came for lunch and was told we could not sit there to eat because they don’t have anyone that could serve us. We were obligated to take it to go even though we were working, we had to eat in our car, outside. We ordered 4 popusas, and asked to be 2 separate orders so we could each have our own, they said they couldn’t do that and had to put everything together in one package. After asking how are we suppose to both eat individually they said they can give us a paper plate for the other person. They put no utensils or napkins in the bag, we had to go back inside to get it. Overall, really bad experience. The staff were not friendly, courteous or accommodating. On the contrary, they were very disrespectful, rude and took a very long time to make 4 popusas.
