Came here for dinner on a visit to Wernersville. It was such a great experience, we came back with friends for lunch the next day! Every item we ordered was top notch and reminded us of the details of restaurants in Italy! The owner Giovanni and our server Eve were so friendly and engaging! They sent out a congratulations dessert for the occasion we were celebrating. We will come back to town just for this restaurant and a stay at the South Mountain Inn. What a lovely trip. Don’t forget to add one of their soups for just $3 to your meal. Our lobster bisque and mushroom soup were incredible.

Food was great & service was wonderful. My parents and I stopped there for dinner before a show and it was one of the best restaurants we’ve been to in a long time. Can’t wait to go back in the future. Great seasonal drinks and menu! Highly recommend!

Geno, thank you for running this wonderful establishment the way you do! Your food that’s on the menu, always delivers the up most satisfaction! The parking lot is always an indicator of the success you have. We come here often. Last night’s New Year Eve dinner was banging! The Truffel Wellington with the fila was out of this world! Please try keeing this on the menue along with the Chilean Sea Bass. So wonderful and extremely flavorful. The canolies were better than Angies in New York. Special thanks goes to the chef, Nicole, our server and Gabby ! Will be seeing you 2026!

always love dining here. the owner is the nicest person that is always there and will always welcome you at least once. the food is phenomenal and the service is always great too. I love that the menu changes so we can try new things but the staples stay the same. Bruschetta, Alfredo, anything vodka are all delicious and the drinks are awesome too. they run specials often too. 10/5 stars.

The ambience was great, the service was fast, and the food was good. They have an allergy menu, which included vegan, garlic free and gluten free. The owner was there and said hello. I’d definitely go back!

A true gem. The food was phenomenal, service was fantastic, food portions were huge. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Definitely will be going back.

We had an amazing birthday dinner for 15. Salute staff were warm and welcoming. Our server was a standout. The focacia was delicious. They have a seasonal holiday drink menu that is clever. Everyone was very satisfied with the high-end Italian food. The sous chef even made a special birthday dessert for my son-in-law after hearing about his recent trip to Italy. The atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend Salute for that special occasion or dinner.

1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 3 drinks, 1 dessert. $145 (pre tip). We are not reviewing cost, just illustrating a point. Food here was good not exceptional. Service, presentation and atmosphere excellent. However for the same price point or even slightly cheaper, Mom Chaffe, in West Reading is much more superior, on par with Italian food from Long Island or Brooklyn. We also thought it tacky to have a $2 up charge for olives in your Martini. I have been to dive bars to Michelin star rated restaurants all over the country and first time ever I paid an additional cost for olives in a Martini. Overall we enjoyed our meal but not because the sauce knocked us off our feet rather the time was nice. I am however in the minority, as this place was full. So it comes down to personal taste. Very good but certainly not “5 star” Italian food. It has been a long time since we were here (5+ years) unfortunately now I remember why.

This is the best place for Italian food in the area! I didn’t take photos because the food was THAT good. But my wife did…and I got extra swipes at her plate as she snapped pics. We hope your time here was as enjoyable as ours. You will not be disappointed.
PS-Stevi was the best!

After a great church service this morning we stopped on the way home at Salute Ristorante Italiano for lunch. Where do I even begin..from the minute we got there I knew we were in for a feast of deliciousness. As you walk in the front door you’re greeted with the ambiance of Italian music and the great aroma of food cooking, a taste of Italy.
The owner Giovanni was very hospitable and our waitress Stevie was out of this world top notch. We were served as if we were royalty and beyond thankful for the service. The food and appetizers we enjoyed, every bite danced on our palette leaving us delighted. The freshness of everything combined with the taste was just splendid.
The restaurant is about 30 minutes from Lebanon and I highly highly recommend anyone and everyone to stop by at least once if you’re in the area or close by.
This is a 5 star page but today I must say this restaurant deserves a super 5 ⭐ rating.
