Outstanding service!! We made a reservation (which we strongly recommend) and we were promptly seated upon our arrival. Despite how busy the restaurant was we felt the timing for drinks and food was spot on. Our meals were delicious! We highly recommend Salute!

We started with a Cesar salad and fresh complementary bread and oil. Both were very good.

I had the Linguine Carbonara with peas, it was excellent. Not too creamy.
My husband had the Chicken Parm. He really enjoyed it.
Service was okay. Not a big issue. We loved the food so much, we will be back.
Came back January 2026. Food was excellent. Service was outstanding this time.

This restaurant was right across the street from where we stayed and was a fantastic find! Wonderful environment and service. The prices were reasonable and the had a lot of vegetarian and gluten free options. We opted for the vegetable pizza on gluten free crust and were not disappointed. It was loaded with seasonal veggies and delicious! My spouse tried the meatballs (not gluten free) and said they were also fantastic. If we’re ever back in the area, this is one place we’ll be sure to visit again.

My wife and I just left the restaurant and loved every bit of our experience. The atmosphere is great, the service is amazing and the food is amazing. We ordered the lasagna and carbonara. Both dishes were delicious and cooked perfectly. We definitely recommend Salute.
