Went for my birthday with a few friends. Our server, Sandra, was wonderful. Gave us excellent advice about our food and drink choices. She was knowledgeable about the boards. The food was delicious!!!!! We sat on the market side without the bar so we were able to talk easily. Will definitely be back for more!

The meat and cheese boards are excellent, quality was great. The other food on the menu was pretty good, especially the wings, but I’d say the meat and cheese boards are really worth getting. The overall ambiance of the place was nice, definitely created a social vibe while also feeling private with your table. My only complaint would be the service I experienced, I don’t know the waitress’s name but she just came over to our table and stood there. I had to say “Hi” to get her to say something, it was truly bizarre. Then she asked if we wanted any drinks but we could hardly hear her. When she came back a couple of times more she would just stand there again and look at us and wouldn’t say a word. It was so strange I almost laughed. We had to also ask for drink refills after I saw her pass our table looking at our empty drinks multiple times, and we had to catch her to put in the entree too. It wasn’t even busy that night. We also had to catch her to put in the check, and we were stuck there after closing because of that when we had finished everything well before closing. When we asked for the check she looked shocked that we did… it was just truly bizarre

Very nice tapas bar. Food was excellent and the drinks were delicious. Favors of each dish were unique and refreshing. Would highly recommend the Dry-Aged Steak Board. To the best of my knowledge, the menu is seasonal.

This place always hits with great food, wine and service- but last night was next level. Josh made CERTAIN that I found the perfect wine for the moment and the food was out of this world. Always a welcoming, cozy, elevated atmosphere. You can tell staff are knowlegable and interested in wine and cocktails with the service provided. Great experience all around.

Food did not disappoint! They definitely don’t skimp on the acid, Garlic Shrimp and Branzino were rippin’. Octopus was cooked…perfectly. Probably some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Difficult to get right and I’m elated I took a chance on it.
Pound cake with sweet cream and berries was delicious!
Wines were good. Fairly typical and classic selection. You’ll find something you’ll enjoy there.

We visited last weekend and everything was great, until the end of the night. Our group of eight had already paid our server and was just waiting for a few friends to finish their wine. It wasn’t like Joe was waiting on us to settle the bill; everything was already taken care of. Yet, it felt like he was ready to go home, and it wasn’t even 9:45 PM. Suddenly, the lights went off while we were still sitting there, which was surprising, especially since your Saturday hours are listed as open until 11 PM. We had also tipped Joe generously, so the experience was disappointing and, unfortunately, has left us feeling like we probably won’t be back.

My husband and I have been coming to this place for years now and we love it but not until last night. The long beard guy told us the wait was about 20-30mins. He only offered us we could stay if we want and order something at the bar while waiting for a table because 3 more couples came in after. I heard him saying “no tables at the moment, wait is about 20-30mins, they could stay, will call out once tables are ready”. He started taking down names on 3 couples who came after; never ours! So I was a little annoyed, saw couple leaving the bar area, and I rushed to seat down since we came 1st. 20 mins had passed, 3 couples have tables, but the long beard guy never came to us if still needed one, nor even asked if we’re good at the bar. Never even bothered looking at us. We are Asian btw. I refuse to think it’s about racism. I am very disappointed, Salumi. If this guy is just an employee, please do not allow him to ruin your reputable place. If he is one of the owner, please do better and treat everyone fairly.

We have been coming here for years since josh and lily opened the place. We love the food and all of the different selections that they offer. It’s something different and we really enjoy it. Unfortunately, we have gone to happy hour twice, which is a great deal by the way only to find ourselves never wanting to return. Andrew and the other waitstaff just congregate at the bar and ignore customers. Andrew is fixated on the laptop and the other servers along with the bartender, just engage in personal conversations and they ignore the very few people at the bar. You would think that when it’s slow, they would capitalize on making relationships to build their happy hour so patrons return. Andrew can easily sit in the market area with his laptop and not make customers uncomfortable when they’re being ignored. He didn’t once look up or acknowledge us. He should also give the directive to the servers and bartender that when it’s slow, it’s their time to dedicate yourselves to the customers instead of engaging in personal conversation and excluding customers which is awkward and uncomfortable when you are on the receiving end. We’ve given happy hour a try twice and we were met with the same exact set of circumstances. Andrew can easily go to the back tables or table in the market to use their laptop but instead, it is an unprofessional display and lack of hospitality and service. With two servers, a bartender and Andrew, all congregating by the bar with Andrew fixated on his laptop, we were waiting twenty to thirty minutes for refills on our drinks and there were only 2 other people at the bar. Both times we would have ordered additional tapas, but no one ever came to check on us. It really is a shame because this place used to be so awesome. It’s just become too casual when it comes to basic customer service and the staff could care less about the caliber of service that they deliver. We felt like an intrusion instead of being welcomed. This place used to be awesome and the team used to be warm, friendly and engaging. We have choices where to spend our money and we used to often choose salumi but unfortunately, they have made us go elsewhere because of poor service. We will definitely miss the awesome food.

### Salumi Wine Bar: A Private Party Done Right
Attended a private party at Salumi recently, and it was a great experience all around.
The food and snacks were definitely the highlight – everything was delicious and kept coming at just the right pace.
– Cheese board with plenty of options
– Pizza-style appetizer
– Shrimp dish
– Bone marrow
– Fluffy bread that was perfect for scooping and sharing
Everything was served family-style, which made it easy to try a bit of it all. The pairings with the wines were spot-on – each glass elevated the food without overpowering it, and the selection was excellent throughout the night.
Service was smooth, glasses stayed full, and the staff handled the group effortlessly.
If you get the chance to book Salumi for a private event (or just swing by on a regular night), do it. The food, wine, and overall vibe made for a memorable evening.

This place is amazing! Went there for brunch on a Saturday and basically had the whole place to ourselves. The food was delicious and the iced coffee had COFFEE ICE CUBES!! Highly recommend giving this place a try.
The aesthetic was adorable and I still can’t atop thinking about the mason jar light fixtures. So cute!!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the prices- a bit high for small portions that don’t fully fill you up. But still worth going once in a while to treat yourself!!
