The food is excellent! Everyone’s food was cooked to perfection and tasted great! The prices are reasonable and our waiter was very attentive. I will put their food up against any seafood restaurant up and down the east coast beaches or inland. Simply fantastic.

Much better than our previous visit. Fried flounder, shrimp, crab cakes, scallops and boom boom shrimp were wellprepared and served hot.
Our server wasn’t interested. We had to find and flag her down to get our salads, refills on drinks, carry home boxes and the bill.
Beware that having oysters or scallops on combination plates add an additional $4 each.

Last night at 6pm I called Salty Shores to make sure of their closing time. The lady stated they would close at 8pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 720pm and noticed that the door was locked on the west side of the location. The east entrance was unlocked. People were eating throughout the place so we entered only to find out they were closed due to not many patrons. What a disappointment because we drove nearly an hour only to be ignored and dismissed. The lady stated that they closed and would not serve us. I called the owner who thought I was a friend playing a prank on her. Seriously unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I’m betting this location won’t last a year with attitudes and work ethics like this.

I love this place !!! Me and my daughter ate there Sunday and it was amazing!! The food was fresh and the service was excellent !!! You definitely get your money’s worth too !! If you love seafood and you haven’t tried Salty Shores you are definitely missing out !!!

Was headed to Wilson today and wanted seafood for lunch so I decided to try Salty Shores out. I highly recommend! Owner and waitress were extremely nice and the food (baby flounder & shrimp) was very good with a good lunch portion. It is a small dinning area but very nice to sit in a not so noisy place and enjoy a good lunch. They moved to a new location in Wilson and into a bigger building, the food is still the best around!

The best seafood in the area! The owner is very friendly and welcoming and the food is amazing. The eat in area is small but very clean and charmingly decorated. They have big bottles of cold homemade cocktail sauce and tartar sauce on the tables which is a big plus for me. If you want some really good seafood, this is the place in Wilson!

1st time here..We will return again !….Yes,we did go back for the second time and it was so much better and we got 2 Senior Trout Dinners and it was very big fish. Also baked potato and slaw. Was very good There will be a third time soon !
