Such a fun place to have a late lunch while exploring the area. If you love seafood this place is a must, though they do have “land food” options as well. The seafood is as fresh as they come, the oysters were so tasty and our very kind waitress made sure to include my personal favorites in the mix on our seafood tower. The crab was very good and sweet and probably the best we’ve had this season. The clams were delicious, just make sure to have the bread. To keep with the oyster theme, we had an oyster po boy, oyster and chips and fresh grilled salmon and asparagus. The fish was cooked to perfection along with our oyster entrees. The place is cozy but our party of 3 had a nice corner end area which was nice for our feast. We will definitely will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saltwater Fish House, a remarkable seafood restaurant nestled in the charming town of Langley, WA. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I knew I was in for a treat. The restaurant’s nautical-inspired decor and inviting coastal ambiance transported me to a seaside paradise. The menu at Saltwater Fish House featured an impressive selection of freshly caught seafood, showcasing the culinary expertise and commitment to quality that defines this establishment. I decided to indulge in their signature dish, the oyster sampler, and it was an absolute delight. The oysters were impeccably shucked, with a plump and briny freshness that was truly exceptional. Each variety had its own unique flavor profile, ranging from sweet and buttery to bracingly briny, satisfying every palate. The oyster sampler was beautifully presented on a bed of ice, accentuating the restaurant’s dedication to serving the finest seafood. The menu also offered a variety of other seafood options, such as Dungeness crab, clams, and seasonal fish, all sourced locally and prepared with utmost care. The knowledgeable and attentive staff provided excellent recommendations and ensured that every aspect of my dining experience was top-notch. The attention to detail and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients truly elevated each dish to a level of culinary excellence. To complement the seafood extravaganza, Saltwater Fish House also boasted an impressive wine list, featuring a selection of fine wines that perfectly paired with the flavors of the sea. The breathtaking views of the waterfront from across the restaurant added an extra touch of magic to the overall dining experience. The combination of delectable seafood, impeccable service, and picturesque setting made dining at Saltwater Fish House an unforgettable experience. If you’re a seafood aficionado or simply seeking a remarkable culinary adventure, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Prepare to be swept away by the flavors of the ocean and the warm hospitality that Saltwater Fish House has to offer.

Not one critique. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Fresh brewed ice tea that was perfectly made was a pleasant surprise. Homemade whipped cream on a tasty dessert was the perfect ending to a nice lunch experience.

I absolutely loved dining here for my husband’s birthday dinner! We had a lovely time. The kitchen here knows their spice! The bloody mary with candied bacon was almost a whole meal in and of itself, so keep that in mind if you order that with food. I also got oysters, and I’d say they were the most fresh oysters I’ve ever had. If there’s one thing I would recommend over anything else on the menu, its the cold smoked salmon bites! Will definitely visit here again!

Clam chowder – Great warm hot soup. The chowder had great portions of meat inside, but the bread was rock hard.

Unique food selection and knowledgeable staff. Prices look high but that’s only because the portions are generous! We split an order of mussels and the salmon bites appetizer

I love the food, very fresh and tasty! They gave excellent service. The place is updated and the ambiance suites the environment. My only complaint is that even tho it’s a small place and they need to fit as many customers in, I feel our tables were a bit too close. Take away one table and space the rest out from front to back.

Really enjoyed the seafood pasta I got – tons of decadent flavor and big chunks of seafood. The fish and chips were pretty solid, the happy hour oysters and sliders were great, and the clams were yummy although we decided we still prefer their mussels. Definitely gets very busy at dinnertime and a number of people stopping in were turned off by the 35-45 minute estimated wait time so show up earlier, or hope you get lucky like we were. Seemed short staffed, probably due to covid reasons, so be patient with them – the staff are very friendly and doing their best 🙂

Had a great Mary (bloody?) With the horseradish vodka, it complimented the chowder very well, and the hot sauces they had on the table. Awesome. Plan on going back. ☺️
