The place is beautiful, stylish, and the food was good. However, the prices felt quite high for the overall experience. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t especially memorable either.
The server kept recommending more expensive drinks, which made us feel a bit pressured to order more. The drink we chose was good, but I would have preferred a more relaxed experience.
Overall, it was a good experience, just a bit pricey for what it was.

The whole vibe from decor to food and drink options is perfect. Sit inside or out, you’ll be happy. The cocktails are delicious. The food selection is vast and you can’t go wrong with what you get. Even if you’re not a fan of oysters (me), get some oysters because they are perfectly prepped and come with great sauces. Make sure you get a tinned fish, it’s amazing.

We stopped in for brunch, but even with the dining room half full, service moved at a crawl—an understandable result of being short-staffed, though still hard to ignore. To their credit, the manager handled it graciously, offering a complimentary sweet bun crown that turned out to be the highlight of the meal: tender, aromatic, and beautifully balanced between cinnamon warmth and a touch of sea salt.

The sirloin steak, unfortunately, couldn’t match it—bland in flavor and overcharred at the edges, it felt more perfunctory than indulgent. Still, the restaurant’s kindness and small moments of care suggest that, on a better-staffed day, the experience might rise to its ambitions.

We sat on the patio. Every 5 mins a motorcycle cop was giving tickets on the corner. It was a lovely sunny day so outside of course was the choice. I would not do that again.

The oysters were excellent & fresh. The hamachi was overpowered by the sauce for me but my friend loved it. The lump crab toast sadly lacked crab. It was more a burrata toast. The scallop crudo was nicely & simply seasoned. We shared the dover sole. Please ask the price before ordering. We forgot that part and our delicious fish was $85. Shocking i know! Oh yes, the persian cicumber side was very tasty. For dessert I enjoyed the inner part of the pistachio tiramisù & my friend preferred the outer. We got lucky!

My orange cocktail was very nice as well as my blood orange mocktail. My friends pineapple cocktail was very good. It was gone in a few sips. She also like the wine menu.

Service was interesting. We started with one person and then another person took over and by the end of our meal the 1st person came back to us. ‍♀️

The place is very cute and I would recommend a try.

Effortlessly cool and absolutely delicious. Saltie Girl nails it on every front — the menu is inventive, the flavors are bold but balanced, and the energy in the room is spot on. From the crudos to the lobster rolls, every dish lands. Add to that a sharp, friendly service and you’ve got one of LA’s most satisfying seafood spots.

One of the top places in LA for a date. Great area. Easy to walk somewhere else after dinner.

The atmosphere is special and has class for sure, but it’s comfortable. The food is excellent. The canned fishes are particularly unique. Everything on the menu is great. You cannot fail. And the service is perfect. Friendly, casual, and professional all at once.

Couldn’t recommend it more. Be sure to be prepared for the check, but it’ll be worth it.

Our server Tess was excellent and provided great communication and service. The food was very fresh and very tasty. This place is not cheap but for the quality of the food it was appropriately priced. I really enjoyed the whole lobster but next time will probably get the roll. The Tiramisu for desert was excellent.

Ask for Alex! He was very knowledgeable about the menu. The seafood tower was fantastic. We built our own from the Raw Bar menu. We will definitely visit Saltie Girl again in LA and check it out in Boston!

The food and service were awesome. However, I did order a latke and caviar but didn’t get it nor was I charged. I guess it was missed somehow. Either way we had more than enough food. Thank you to our waitress for recommending me the fish and chips, it was tasty. Oh and the Sweetbun Crown was AMAZING.

Believe the hype about this Boston based restaurant which made its way to the west coast. Made reservations on Resy and that was such a good decision. This a great restaurant to enjoy your “see-food” diet. I see the food and just want to eat it. Even before I got there there were so many items on menu that I wanted to try. We ordered several dishes to share: the crispy blue fin tuna roll, 1/2 dozen oysters, torched salmon belly, calamari and the lobster roll.

Let’s get right to the point- the lobster roll melts in your mouth, it’s phenomenal and after ordering just one to share this was the one regret as I wanted more and could have devoured it all by myself. Its market price so ended up being $42. Now it’s on the pricey side but definitely worth it and was more than satisfied. Loved the service, vibe and especially the food.

Was already planning our next dinner while we were eating our dinner. Parking was easy as they have a parking lot in the back.
