Best steakhouse experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were seated right away and taken care of immediately. The service was truly exceptional!
The steak was cooked absolutely perfectly, a solid 10/10 -tender, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. We were also pleasantly surprised by how fast the food arrived. Everything came out quickly and tasted incredible, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, the food, the service, and the atmosphere were outstanding. This place exceeded all expectations, and we will absolutely be coming back and recommending it to everyone. Hands down an amazing experience!

Great atmosphere and the server was great. We are visiting from AZ and this was our first time in. Recommended: Do not do an appetizer if you’re eating a main course. If you like soup get the potato soup for the starter because all meals comes with choices.

Celebrated a birthday yesterday for lunch. No wait time. Waitress was very attentive. Food was great.. took home two bags of boxes with food. The potato soup was very good, as well as the steaks, the pasta and the questions!

We enjoyed a great meal with excellent service from our server, Nick! He attended to us shortly after we were seated. When we couldn’t decide on a beer, Nick made a great suggestion, which we ordered and enjoyed very much. Our food was served hot and in a timely manner. We were very pleased with our delicious meals. One of us ordered Chicken Larado with a side of Brussel sprouts, which we highly recommend. The other ordered steak and shrimp with a baked potato, also very delicious. We plan to eat here again and we’d be pleased if Nick turned out to be our server, however, all the servers were very attentive, so I’m confident we’d have another great dining experience!

We went to Saltgrass Steak House for my birthday dinner and had a great experience. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I would definitely recommend it. I’ll be back for sure.

I came here with my wife for a birthday dinner. Spent ~$110 for an appetizer, drinks, and steaks for two. Everything was pretty good up until the main course. I ordered the 12oz ribeye (rare). The first steak came out incredibly oversalted. Like outrageously oversalted, burning my mouth and gritting between my teeth. I mentioned it to the manager when he came by and he offered to remake the steak, which I accepted. The attitude definitely shifted at this point. The staff acted irritated and short with me. The replacement steak came out 10-15 minutes later. The manager stood over me, arms crossed, while I tried it to “make sure it was to my liking”. I’m sure this was well intentioned, but it just made my wife and me uncomfortable. This steak, while appropriately salted, was almost completely raw (see picture). Cold red inside, no grill marks, unrendered fat, gray outside, etc. I didn’t send it back, however, as I have worked in a kitchen and learned not to trust food sent back more than once. We left shortly after as the staff made several comments that made us feel uncomfortable. Everything was great before we sent the steak back. The manager made us feel like we did something wrong by telling him. Overall a disappointing experience. I expect more consistent steaks from a “steak house”.

I was told by a patron who had not even sat down yet at the bar. I was not allowed to sit the bar because of the amount of people that he had and I was in front of him. I was going to sit down and he demanded that I did not sit down. I suggested to go sit behind us where there had plenty of room and he didn’t like that and so I had to sit there by myself. The staff did not even come up to me and hand me a menu and asked me if I wanted to eat. A patron at the bar so I can sit with them. She said she heard the whole thing and and that was rude. Staff did nothing about it. Then when I ordered my dinner my prime rib was medium and not medium rare. Later host had came up next to me and slammed a basket made out of metal with silverware in it on top of the bar. It rattled my nerves so bad that was shaking in my britches. I thought a gun had gone off. Patriots next to me even said the same thing. They said that it was nice that I had said something to the bar attendant about what the guy had done again staff did nothing about it. I talked to two managers at the same time and they had done nothing about the situations. They didn’t offer me nothing in any way of the compromising of my meal. I could have choked by the slamming of. You could have choked from the slamming of that basket. The staff needs to be retrained and also be considered to customers. I have sent a review also to Landry’s corporate about the situation.

This was the best service & food that I’ve ever had when going out to eat. All of the staff was phenomenal. Everyone was working together & helpful. Managers are doing a great job. Food was excellent. Will go back again when we are in the Springs. Our waitress was Jessica. Just awesome!

Went to dinner last night and loved it. To start, we had fried peppers and pickles and they were fantastic. I had a filet that was unfortunately a little tough, but the flavor and seasoning made up for it. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Server was great, food was great, overall a great experience!

There was plenty of parking, and the building looked inviting. We were immediately seated but were not given a choice between a booth or a table. The ambiance and esthetic of the section we were placed in provided an interesting layout. The issue was that the section had intermittently dimming / flashing lights. This appears to be a possible electrical issue. The waitress that came to take our order would not impart information, such as what salad dressings they had. My wife asked if they had a balsamic vinaigrette, and she said yes. I asked for their French dressing and was told they didn’t have that but was not informed as to what they had available. This led me to ask for the soup instead. The soup was good, so I am glad I wasn’t given the choice of dressing. Not the best showing, but a solid 4-star occasion.
