Visiting Colorado, we had a great experience here. Our server Ally was awesome! Super hospitable and did a great job. Food was top notch. We loved the baby back ribs. Great place to take older parents who might be a little overwhelmed with the vast amount of interesting food options in the area. Very kid friendly too. Save room for the cheesecake! Could easily share one piece between 4 people.

We enjoyed our Sunday Lunch at this old stake house in Westminster area, very close to the city golf course. The food was finger licking good and the services were also great. The ambience brings back the old school American charm. Definitely recommend this steakhouse and would love to visit again.

I haven’t been to a Saltgrass in years! It was just as good as I remembered. The wait was about 20 minutes. Salads came out quick and so did our meals. Food was hot and tasted great. Didn’t feel rushed at all.

Edit (8/5/23): At the behest of the manager on duty that night, we came back (lured in by a credit). Our server was much more attentive, much more personable, and our experience was much better overall. I had the salmon Oscar, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. I’ve amended the rating accordingly, and added a picture of my meal.

We were visiting from out of town and this was up the street so we just stopped there. The waitress we had was Ashton she was fantastic. When I first opened my menu it was stuck together and very dirty with food. That’s an instant turn off. Those should be wiped down before being used each time. So they’re not cleaning their menus after other people have used them. Yuck! We were served some bread that was warm and fresh and yummy. Our drink order was taken timely and our drinks arrived quickly. We ordered fried pickles they were delicious and also came timely. I had the creamy potato soup it was really good. Our entrees also arrived in a timely fashion. They were what you would expect from such a venue. We did not have dessert.

Excellent first experience here! The Range Rattlers appetizer was fantastic, the Ranch Water tequila soda cocktail was perfectly balanced and totally refreshing, and our steaks were cooked perfectly! We appreciate, by the way, that their steaks come from a ranch where the cattle are grass fed. Ryan took amazing care of us and the hostess took our photo out front for us! We were celebrating a special occasion and Ryan really helped elevate the entire experience with his friendliness and care. Thanks so much! Looking forward to coming back again soon!
