I’ve been here 2x and both times the service has been excellent. Went in for late lunch and an early dinner and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. The hostess were very nice coming in and our waitress/waiter were very attentive. The food was delicious and everything was fresh and prepared the way we asked for it. I will be definitely making this my go to place from now on for a good steak dinner.

Eduardo was the absolute best server I’ve ever had!! From the beginning he told me he would make it the best experience after a little mixup with seating arrangement. We started off on this little bar table in the corner of the bar but when a larger table opened and I asked if we could be relocated he was happy to allow us to move which really topped off the already awesome service he was providing!! Because of him and the really delicious food I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return! Ask for Eduardo if you have a chance and I’m sure you will enjoy the service! Thank you so much for making this an amazing Valentine’s Day!

This restaurant has a cozy, rustic atmosphere that feels like a mix between Texas Roadhouse and a classic rodeo cabin. The decor gives off warm Western vibes with plenty of wood accents and cowboy-style charm. We stopped by for lunch around 2:30–4:30 p.m. and were pleasantly surprised that there was no wait at all. The staff provided excellent service—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Our food arrived quickly, was served hot, and tasted fantastic. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking for hearty meals, great service, and a welcoming Western-style setting.

We came for Thanksgiving dinner and there were no Turkeys here except for on our plates. Our server Sophia was amazing. She kept our drinks full, the food was amazing. The whole team was professional. Happy Thanksgiving!

I went since I’ve been to almost all the named Steak Houses in El Paso TX, but it was a bit disappointing, my steak house ratings

The Salad felt like it sat in the fridge all day already prepared.
the steak wasn’t prime meat to much fat in the meat. Ask for med recieved med rare
I don’t like to complain to much because you know what your serving before you serve, it has to be so bad for me to return it & it didn’t get to that point.
But pork chops & chicken plate were decent.
to repeat the visit, I think I’d stay in my top 3 for steaks in Texas. but thanks.

This was our first time at Saltgrass. Our server was Amber and she was great! She explained the menu thoroughly, gave awesome recommendations, and when my steam was the wrong term she made sure it was corrected thoroughly. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped by today for dinner and service was excellent including the food. We had Alexa as our waitress, she was a new employee and she had excellent service and very attentive. My husband and I are regulars and we always have great experience! I highly recommend Saltgrass!

We hosted my daughter’s 9th birthday at Salt Grass, on a Sunday afternoon; the service, food, atmosphere were top notch! Brittany, the manager went above and beyond from the day we reserved our party date. Alexa, our party host and server was among the best we’ve ever had at any restaurant. She was attentive, patient (with a group of 14 8-9 year olds) and called to introduce herself before our event to ensure that everything was in order. The team even went as far as creating personal menus with my daughter’s name and a Happy Birthday message, adding a special touch to her day. Thank you to Salt Grass and their wonderful team for making this birthday one of my daughter’s favorites and helping us to create such special and treasured memories! I highly recommend!
