Really enjoyed it here. Came on my birthday so was fun to sit and eat with family. I ordered a steak and Brussels sprouts with grilled shrimp, other dishes included a chicken salad and streak with mushrooms and fries and a kids’ corn dog meal. The server was polite and made sure to have our appetizers out and drinks filled. The tropical sangria was good but not as fruity as I was hoping with the description. The white Cosmo was pretty delicious as well. For dessert, we got the delicious cheesecake! I will be back for sure to try out some other dishes. The price is fairly high so not the best if your looking for budget-friendly, but so worth it if you do have the chance to splurge a bit.

Food was much better this time around. Steak was more medium than medium rare but that was my only complaint. Feel like I can’t win on that front. Brussel sprouts were excellent and cocktail was good.

Ordered take out on Mother’s Day. Wife was missing food from order. Burger was salty as heck. Fries where cold when we got home. No really the experience I expected but I kind of understand with it being mother day. Will try to dine in next time to get a better experience.

Sunday at 12:30 in Midland…. Every restaurant is a virtual waiting hell, right? Nope… trot into saltgrass and see what perfect service is! They use a team approach and delivered up a top notch lunch. I’ll go back again and again.

Steak, potatoes and veggies are good. Chicken fingers and gravy are bland and just ok. Tea is good. Desert’s are huge, lol. Seating is good, a little louder than expected but not terrible. The crab cake are very good .

Loved every aspect. Was visiting on business from out of town and I am so glad I made the trip here. Amazing food. I had the steak & salmon, with Veggies, Rice & Sweet potato fries. Will definitely come back again.

First time dining experience here. Steak, salad(they can do better with that salad by adding cucumbers), and rattlers was good. Cook burned my Brussel sprouts . I ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri, it was bland . I forced myself to drink it because i didn’t think they would refund me. They definitely need to switch daiquiri brand. My waitress was Sky, she provided exceptional and stellar service. When I go back, if she’s not there I’m going to turn around and walk back out the door .

Went & had a birthday dinner for my parents..& it started off pretty bad , over heard many of the servers fighting bickering on how none of them wanted to serve our table..as time went by I had to leave our table to let the manager know we had not been served drinks nothing.. I didn’t get the Mgr name but of course he apologized and gave us 2 free appetizers which were very good. IN the mean time He had also made sure we had a server ..her name was Alexis & let me tell you she was amazing , (she’s in the bar) but took it upon her self and started to serve us in an area that was not hers ..she definitely deserves to be noticed she took initiative with a smile on her face & made sure we were very well taken care of I will be sure to ask for her when or if I go back, ❤️ definitely 5 stars in Alexis

I just had to share my “out of the norm” experience tonight. I was seated in Gabby’s section, whom I learned had only been with Saltgrass for 2 weeks. I have been coming to Midland for work for the last 4 years and I was completely BLOWN AWAY by the excellent service Gabby gave me. She checked all of the boxes…drink, appetizer, highlighted the point that the bread was freshly baked out of the oven, gave me a few additional minutes to order, asked another team member if I could sub my side, and checked on me no less than 8 times as I enjoyed my dinner alone.
