Fantastic experience! The food was excellent and the service was just as impressive. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff was! they even made prime rib for us even though it isn’t normally on the menu. It turned out perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. You can tell they truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you have a great meal. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

Increased prices, reduced portion sizes. We went fir our annjversary. My steak did not come out the way it was ordered. It took 20 minutes for them to fix it. My husband finished eating and I was still waiting. I was charged for an item I didn’t receive. My husband was done and wanted to go, so we let it slide. But hey, the manager didn’t charge me for lemonade.

The service was fantastic. But the food was horrible. The bread was okay and then I didn’t like the Cesar salad. My husbands tortilla soup was good but the main course was where I had to draw the line. We only took one bite and we both looked at each other like this is soooooo disgustingly salty. We couldn’t force ourselves to eat it. Luckily they were super accommodating and we just paid for the appetizer which also wasn’t bad. But for 15.99 they could have put a little more brisket in the queso. But that’s okay, I’m just shocked that the steak was so bad. My husband got the prime rib and I got the chopped steak. Maybe it’s just the options we chose but either way I wasn’t impressed with any of the food(only the service) and I will not be back. Thank you.

I’ve eaten in the location and it’s fine. I just received my Uber eats order from them though, and all my food is cold. I ordered a medium rare Ribeye w/mash and a salad. Can’t blame Uber eats they delivered it in a reasonable time. That means the food left the store cold smh. It may be close to closing time but I ordered a hour ago. Give the same quality you serve in store, to your delivery orders

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a high-quality steak. Despite the parking lot being full when we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service. We were greeted by a friendly host and seated within minutes, even with the bustling crowd inside.
Our group of four found the table a bit small, but it worked out just fine. Our waitress was exceptional—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We started with warm, soft bread paired with butter that had a unique, mildly sweet flavor. It was a delightful way to begin our dining experience.
For appetizers, we ordered the crab cakes and the chips and dip, both of which were excellent. Our main courses arrived faster than expected, and everything looked as delicious as it tasted. The steaks were cooked to perfection, exceeding my expectations in both flavor and tenderness. Even the kids loved their meals, which is always a plus.
We appreciated the refillable drinks, and the fact that we could take our beverages and any leftovers with us was a nice touch. Overall, Saltgrass Steak House turned out to be an outstanding place to dine, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit. The steak was cooked to perfection and was incredibly tender. The flavors were rich and savory, and the portion size was generous.
Our server was very attentive and friendly.
The only thing we didn’t like was sweet butter for the bread. Bread was too puffy for my taste. It didn’t look like one made from scratch, but it was still fresh and tasty.

This has to be one of the absolute best experiences I’ve ever had dining out. Jennifer (Sparkles) is such a phenomenal waitress. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and charismatic. Honestly, the food was just a bonus! Lol my husband and I were celebrating our 12 year anniversary. We both had steaks and the accompanying sides and an appetizer and dessert. We left absolutely stuffed!
