Outstanding food and service. We had a large gathering and were comfortably seated in the dining room. Brandon, restaurant manager was excellent to work with, all planned in advance. Our servers, Tyler and Ernesto had their hands full with a thirsty and hungry bunch…they were awesome, great service. Everything served hot, we loved it. Thank you for making this a wonderful evening. Keep up the good work.

Saltgrass was good. Ribs were more bone(10 of them) than meat. Steak was cooked well, but the meat itself was a bit dry. My baked potato was very hard on the bottom. I couldn’t cut through it. I wish there would have been more butter & sour cream. Husband had a much better potato & ample toppings. My salad was great. They must make the dressing in house as is tasted very different than traditional bleu cheese. Our server was from Australia but we didn’t get his name. He was outstanding & never missed a beat. I think we’ll try Saltgrass again. One of the nicest restaurants in SETX that we’ve been to. Great impress your date place.

I come here mainly for happy hour during the week. I prefer to sit at the bar because the service is faster than the dining room and the bartenders are very attentive, especially Arron. Their food is usually great and well seasoned. My usual drinks are the jalapeño margarita and white cosmopolitan, both with cranberry sugar rim. They are the best in town! Happy hour is Monday – Friday from 3pm to 7pm. Ask for Arron if you sit at the bar. He makes the best cocktails and has a good sense of humor!

The restaurant was a quick and easy walk from the hotel. Stay were super friendly and seating and ordering was quick. The steak arrived and was perfect cut and size. Amazing taste, I ordered a glass of wine with the steak, sadly arrived at the table as I had finished the steak. The prices are well priced for the quality of the food. All round I do recommend this restaurant.

The mozzarella bites were definitely the highlight of the meal IMO. The queso with brisket and tomato dip was pretty good, though I felt like it had a bit too many green onions.

We both ordered Pat’s ribeye, which unfortunately came out too salty. My boyfriend didn’t want to complain, but he encouraged me to have another one made. The redo was perfect!

We also ordered the baby back ribs kids meal for our son, which unfortunately was mostly dry and not as tender or “fall-off-the-bone” as the description suggested.

My wedge salad, however, was absolutely delicious and ended up being one of my favorite things we ordered.

Our server might have been having an off day or was just busy. We did have to ask for a silverware roll, and he seemed a little disengaged overall, but he still did a decent job.

They also gave us a discount because of the kitchen error, which we thought was really nice since we didn’t even ask for it.

From the tons of choices to have dinner at here, Saltgrass it was. I liked this place as it seems cheerful but I did have two beers. Service was excellent and we didn’t have to wait for seating. There are enough to choose from on their menu to keep most happy. Pricing is moderate but not crazy, portions are decent and you shouldn’t go away hungry. I had the Blackened Red Fish with grilled green beans, salad and fried pickles and peppers. All was tasty and it was to much food for me.

There were a least 15 other tables but I was sat next to the kitchen. See photo for how close I was. The steak was perfect, as were the grilled shrimps. Wonderful food!

I love potatoe soup, so if you are looking for a great soup to warm up during cold days, you better come here! Tortilla soup is good as well. Visited this restaurant twice and so far I am happy with the food. During busy day, it gets little loud but the noise level still let you have a conversation.
