As I’m sitting here waiting on my food at a totally different Saltgrass since I find myself slightly upset as it reminds me that the very last time I ate at Saltgrass I bit down on a screw at this location. Accidents can happen so I was a sport about the order plus the manager really worked hard to make the situation better

Zoe’s recommendations for the salad dressing was interesting and ultimately very delicious
I never had the Cesar, Ranch & Vinaigrette dance like that on a single salad, but hey that was a big salad and it created multiple flavor experiences… (and dance is the only way to explain it lol)
I wrapped up with the chocolate cake and ice cream desert
Fun fact: All the dressings are made in house … very good & I didn’t get the name of wonderful lady who sat me, but she also was very fantastic and set my expectations for service very high. She had great energy #firstclass

Coming from a background in restaurant hospitality and fine dining managements I have expectations for food quality and service to be on par when I’m dropping $200 on dinner for two. I also give plenty of grace for mistakes or when people are busy. I worked all weekend and was tired and looked forward to a nice sweet dinner with my husband. Took over 35 mins for two simple bar drinks after asking for them. Server disappeared for long periods of time and was nowhere to be seen after food dropped. Orders wrong. We’re talking Sunday night quiet, as a mouse in there, less than a handful of tables and servers/bartenders all standing around socializing. Shouldn’t be too tough to fulfill a drink order or get orders right. Super disappointed in lack of attention and laziness making excuses why you can’t bring out two drinks on a slow night and people blaming each other and a manager who doesn’t seem to believe it actually took that long.

Saltgrass Review – 11/28/25
Our waiter was very attentive and patient, especially since we took a long time to decide what we wanted. He handled everything kindly, including a last-minute change we made to my meal.
I’m giving the atmosphere 4 stars it was nice overall, but a bit dark inside, which made it hard to read the menus.
The only issues with the food were with the beef tips the sauce was extremely salty. I ended up just picking out the meat and mushrooms and eating them with my flash greens because the sauce was too salty to enjoy. Since the steak, mushrooms, and sauce were poured over the mashed potatoes, I couldn’t eat the mashed potatoes at all due to how salty the sauce was.
On the positive side, their grilled shrimp and chicken-fried steak were delicious, and the potato soup was outstanding. We also ordered a pumpkin cheesecake to share, and it was a generous portion and perfect for the season.
Overall, great service and good food, with just that one issue on the beef tips.

The service and atmosphere were top knotch. The drink was amazing! The food was disappointing. My daughter’s tortilla soup was served with undercooked rice and stale tortilla strips. She switched it out with a garden salad that wasn’t any better. Wilted and brown lettuce mixed in with fresh lettuce. My potato soup was served room temperature, I sent it back and opted for a Caesar salad. My salad was a good choice. The boys enjoyed their kids’ meals. The server was delightful.

All food is always tasty. The recommendation is to NEVER order online. I have ordered several times at this location, both directly and through DoorDash. Our order has ALWAYS had something missing. I hope this review will prompt this location revisit the process of packing to-go orders in making sure all items are included.

Wow!! I’ve been looking at this place for a couple of days and decided to go… I should not have waited!! AMAZING… best steak I have had in years, and the stuffed, bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp is to die for. Cesar salad was on point! I don’t live anywhere remotely close to here, but I joined their rewards program because I will be going back.. soon! Can’t wait to try something else, or will I just get the same? I don’t know, but whatever I get, I will be getting the shrimp !

Came here for a two New York Strip plates. Starting from the Queso to the Strip was a disaster. I took my wife for a special occation but the table,? I would not even feed to my pet. Gross steak, week old oil fried Queso, ,.huh you name it …. will never head back to this steakhouse. I felt like we were treated unfairly and differently base on our color and our barrier of language.. never experienced such a horrible meal at any other Steak house! I did not put any tips for the server because it was too much already for me to calm my self of before my breaking point.
