We had ordered the Center cut Fillet 6 oz with 2 Range Rattlers and Garlic Mashed Potatoes and cup of Potato Soup. Along with this we ordered the Cheeseburger with Fries and the grilled Salmon with steamed Broccoli and cup of Potato Soup .
First, they sealed off the to-go bag so determinedly, it seemed fishy and only on reaching home when we actually cut open the bag, we found major misses!
They missed out on including 2 items – the Range Rattlers and the cops of Potato Soup completely.
And the Garlic Mashed Potatoes had no garlic and the steam Broccoli was just served as is, not steamed.
Since they had charged $9 for the Range Rattlers that they missed including in our order , we decided to call customer service who directed us to the manager of the franchise. The first thing we were told there would be no comp-off ( even though we had not asked for it directly), we just sought options.
They asked us to come back and take the Range Rattlers, so that’s what we did. The missing cups of potato soup were never discussed or given.
Now about the food quality:
As you would see in the photos attached, overall packing was without a thought to preserve food quality or freshness of preparation.
The filet was the only item that was adequate in taste and cooked correctly ( medium rare)
The accompanying Garlic Mashed Potatoes was garlic-less and just a lump of puréed potatoes, quite bland and saltless.
The Cheeseburger patty was a stiff lump of meat not quite cooked enough after thawing the frozen puck and without much taste or flavor, while the accompanying fries were actually ok.
And the Grilled salmon had great char marks but was way over cooked to a rock hard consistency. As mentioned earlier Steamed Broccoli needed to be steamed more .
All in all, does not entice us to go in for a dine in unless above noted issued are verifiably corrected.
Overall not a value for money spent.

Saltgrass absolutely delivered on this visit!
From the moment we sat down, the experience felt classic, comfortable, and well-run. The steaks were cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right . You can tell they really take pride in consistency, which is something a lot of steakhouses miss these days.
The bread? Always a win — warm, fresh, and hard to stop eating.
Sides were solid and satisfying — the kind you actually remember.
️ Portions were generous and worth the price.
Our waiter, Keon, deserves a special mention. He’s a young man still finding his footing and newer to waiting tables, but what really stood out was his heart ❤️. He genuinely tried, stayed attentive, and worked hard throughout the meal. You can tell he cares about doing a good job — that effort matters!
Service overall was friendly, attentive, and well-paced — never rushed, never forgotten. Exactly how a steakhouse experience should feel .
Saltgrass continues to be a reliable go-to for great steak, a good atmosphere, and an all-around solid dining experience. When you want a steak night that won’t disappoint, this is it. ✨
⭐️ 5 stars — consistent, satisfying, and done right.

Saltgrass had some fantastic highlights tonight, but also a few rough patches.
We came specifically for the Prime Rib, only to be told it was sold out — even though the menu states it’s only served Friday and Saturday. Hearing they had already been serving it since Wednesday was surprising and definitely strike one. ❌
Our server, Megan, was friendly and sweet, but refills and check-ins took quite a while. Still, she kept a positive attitude.
Now the bread… WOW.
Served like Outback’s on a board, but the taste blows away both Outback and Texas Roadhouse. The bread is sweet, warm, incredibly soft, and the butter is smooth, mild, and perfectly sweet — not overpowering like Texas Roadhouse’s. Truly one of the stars of the night.
⚠️ The Strikes
1️⃣ Cold spinach artichoke dip on arrival.
• Flavor was excellent, but the spinach was too stringy and needed to be chopped finer. The chips broke under the weight of the dip.
• Huge credit to Manager Josh, who grabbed the skillet with his bare hands because it was so cold, took it straight back, and returned with it piping hot with hot pads. Incredible customer service.
2️⃣ Prime Rib sold out despite the listed weekend-only schedule.
3️⃣ No balsamic drizzle on the wedge salad. Small detail, but noticeable.
⭐ The Good Stuff
We pivoted to the 16 oz Ribeye, and it was phenomenal — far superior to Texas Roadhouse’s Ribeye by a mile. Tender, flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked. My wife and I split it with mashed potatoes, which were also delicious.
The green beans were a standout — fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right.
We finished with the homemade chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream, which was absolutely amazing — rich, warm, and the perfect sweet ending. ✨

A night with some bumps, but also some truly memorable highlights — especially that unbeatable bread, Manager Josh’s service, and a Ribeye that puts Texas Roadhouse to shame. Would return, but hoping for better consistency next time.
I ordered the Dynamite steak and shrimp, a sweet potato, and tortilla soup. Everything was absolutely delicious! The steak in particular was so incredibly tender (like butter!!!), well seasoned, and perfectly cooked! The tortilla soup was also excellent (light and well seasoned). My waiter, Keon, was super friendly, funny, and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better. The manager also stoped by to ask me about my dining experience – she was very friendly and polite.
I would highly recommend Saltgrass Steak House for anyone looking to have a great meal and service! Their prices are fair, especially given the high quality ingredients they use!
My son ordered the NY Strip, and I got the Ribeye, along with an Old Fashioned drink. Both steaks and the Old Fashioned were super good!!
