The food was delicious, but our glasses of tea ran empty. We came before the dinner crowd, so the whole place was almost empty. However, they set us next to a table of people who talked non-stop. We just wanted a peaceful dinner.

Our 1st time eating at this chain. I was craving Steak so what better place to go than a “Steak house” right? WRONG!! I watched others around us have bread and water automatically brought to their tables. We didn’t receive nor was asked if we wanted either. My Steak was cooked medium well as I ordered it; but the plate was hotter than my food. I had to REORDER my Sweet Potatoe fries because they were cold. I ordered a Sangria..ZERO ALCOHOL!! I’m not a drinker..this was a special occasion so I can tell when alcohol is/isn’t in a drink. Our waiter was sweet that is the ONLY reason he received two stars. He dropped the ball overall. YES we still tipped him generously. Best thing about our meal was our appetizer. I forgot to take pics of the meal. $100 wasted!!

The waiting staff was top of the line. Respectful and polite. The food was tasty but not worth the cost. The management seemed to be polite but wasn’t very concerned about issues. Appearances are great but I probably won’t be back.

We all had steak n shrimp (they were perfectly cooked) n appetizers, service was excellent The food was great n tender steaks, melt in u’re mouth. It was my brother’s birthday n he got the Cheesecake n it was like silk it was so good . Will definitely go back!

Food here is good but not so good that ya mind waiting 30 minutes to be seated (especially when you can see just as many empty tables as taken ones). My guess is they need to hire more waitstaff but why not let patrons sit and get a drink versus sitting in the lobby waiting half an hour to sit when they can see row and Rod of Mary tables why they wait…would likely improve the moods of the patrons. Just say’n.
