This was our first, (but not last) visit to Saltgrass steak house. We chose an off time to avoid crowds and finish some errands we had and this afforded us a relaxing lunch and hearty meal. All the items on the menu looked very good but we decided on the lunch menu for a “lighter” meal. Being a chicken fried steak fan it was an easy choice for me. My wife enjoyed the chicken fried chicken with an additional side of green beans.
A warm loaf of bread and sweet cream butter arrived at our table a moment after ordering and was enjoyed until our meals came. Both were ample sized portions to fill our lunch appetites! The steak was tender and flavorful and the white gravy smooth and delicious. The chicken was fork tender as well. I would say the only disappointment in the meal was that a small vegetable portion was not included with the meal (available option) but this may not matter to many people.

Alyssa was are server and was so knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. Really listened to our personal taste (which are so different) and was able to provide personal recommendations which we loved every one. The food and atmosphere was amazing but the service was impeccable and made our girl dinner!!! Thank you Uhlyssuh!!!

Had Thanksgiving dinner with Filet and baked potato. Food was awesome, however the potato was barely hot enough to melt the butter and the filet wasn’t hot. Tasted like everything was cooked earlier. Otherwise it was really good

We show up it’s not busy the hostess said it would 5 -10 min wait. Cool. 20 min later they take our name a and then seat us 5 min later. The fried mozzarella off the hook wife’s shrimp… rubber. My steak ordered medium well was burnt. Tater soup was meh and gritty. Waitress wasnt very attentive. Polar opposite of Saltgrass Branson.

I visit SG in liberty, on Monday’s mainly, for about a year now. Emily is my bartender and the service is impeccable, that’s why I say “my bartender” cause she makes it a personable experience for me! Leo, the manager, is appreciated too! Highly recommend happy hour for the fair price and Emily’s outstanding service! Bar is clean and well maintained.

We had Kaylee as our server for lunch on a Saturday. She was attentive, gave suggestions, asked if we were okay many times and the general manager even came over. Very friendly and very responsive with needs. Very clwan and fun music. Great food and I highly reccomend the pineapple margaritas. Yummy. We will be back.

My wife and I sat in the Fireplace room, highly recomend, it’s nice and cozy. I got the Steak and Ribs (AMAZING fall off the bone ribs!), and my wife got the 8oz Sirloin. Both meals were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I’m convinced they should rename the steak & ribs to the ‘happiness plate’ lol. Our Server was Graciela (Gracie), she was amazing, Sweet and nice and a very pleasant demeanor… 10/10 server!!

Scratch made delicious food, with a fun place, and great staff. The chefs are not afraid to tackle requests. Blackened Redfish was amazing. They made my mashed potatoes Oscar Style by request, and it was the best!

I came with my fiancé and our parents for dinner. Riley was our server and she was amazing. We asked a lot of her and she did it all, very sweetly and very well! The food was delicious, but I took a star off because all our steaks were ordered medium rare but came out rare. My father in law ordered ribs and they were amazing though!

I wanted the prime rib, but they were out of it. I ordered the filet Oscar, cooked medium, and was really looking forward to a great steak, but it was very rare. Really couldn’t send it back because it had the Oscar toppings on it. Disappointed! I doubt I’ll go back. Service was not great either. We actually finished our salads and waited a while before our steaks finally came.
