Brooke was amazing. Made sure we were well taken care of too. Service was quick. Food was very flavorful. Good value. Got the ribs and shrimp combo with potato soup and green beans. Got the center cut on the lunch menu with chicken tortilla soup and brussel sprouts. The sprouts were awesome had a honey siracha glaze.

Absolutely fantastic place! . The building is very easy to find …it’s located conveniently right off of the main roadway. Plenty of parking. The parking is set up in such a way that if it’s raining outside And you are needing covering you can park underneath the building without getting wet. This is extremely handy for someone that may have children elderly or disabled.
Conveniently it has an elevator to take you upstairs in case mobility is an issue. The wait staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The food was hot fresh and very flavorful. The paths to be seated were wide and very easily navigable. Someone with a walker or a wheelchair could easily move throughout the restaurant. Although it was extremely warm outside the temperature in the restaurant was just right not too cold not too hot. The noise level of the restaurant was to where you could easily carry on a conversation without having to yell. So if everything is so wonderful why didn’t the service get five stars as well? It’s simple. Refills.. refills or something I absolutely should not have to ask for. I received one refill for the entire meal. Although the waiter was great had a wonderful attitude and got my order exactly right You need drinks when you’re eating. Someone would say well he must have been busy must have been a large crowd at this particular time not really. He was so good I would probably even ask for this guy again when I went back but it doesn’t change the fact I couldn’t get a refill. I’m not going to beg I’m not going to try to start flagging people down like they’re an airplane. Would I recommend this place absolutely the way it is they can accommodate a large group in one area. The booths are very comfortable to sit in spacious tables. I got the brisket burger which was a really great hamburger with some shredded brisket on top and cheese. It came out cooked the way I wanted it with the order correct. The burger was approximately $16 .The drink was roughly $4.

She didn’t disappoint. Ill give a shout out to Austin for his 5 star service.
The steak was perfect for a smaller sirloin( i never get this but gave it a shot.)
The ceaser dressing was THE BEST ever minus one Italian place in Gulfport but definitely top-notch!

The food was really good. Some portions are definitely bigger than expected. Mozzarella balls were the best!
Had a couple of mix ups. Not sure if that was on our order being put in incorrectly, or the kitchen failing to plate correctly. But was resolved quickly, without issue. Overall a great experience. Just be prepared to have to talk with raised voices if you want to communicate with your table companions.

We had an amazing experience at Saltgrass Steakhouse in Biloxi, Mississippi! Nilah was our server and she was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down.
The food flavors were outstanding! The mushrooms were incredible and full of flavor, and the filet was seasoned well, a little undercooked but tender and delicious.
Nilah truly made our night special with her great attitude and excellent service. We will definitely be back and hope to have her again! Highly recommend!

To start with the waitress was rude and didn’t pay attention to anyone’s order. I ordered a bacon wrapped filet, waitress came back and said they were out of the bacon wrapped filets. I said, but you have the filets just not the bacon wrapped she said yes. The food comes and there is a sirloin on my plate. Another order that was to have just the chicken bacon honey mustard sandwich with no onion, lettuce or pickles came loaded with lettuce after picking all the lettuce off and asking for honey mustard, the waitress comes back with a plate of lettuce. Another order the hamburger was cooked to long dry and hard. They manager comes over and I tell her I order a filet and this is not a filet. She says it was butterflies. I told her nobody butterflies a rare steak. She took it back and came back with another sirloin, when I said something she informed me that is what they got in for filets and walked away. I decided to try a bite and it was not rare it was raw. I ask for the manager to come back and a young black man came this time. He was the only polite person in the restraunt. I explained I could not eat that and had no intention of paying for it. I also told him the pictures in the menu show round filets and it is mis-leading. He informed me that they do have the bacon wrapped filets that I had originally order. I told him that my experience has been very poor and I didn’t want to reorder everyone else was done one person had already left the table with most of his hamburger still on the plate and only ate the fries. He said, he would take mine off and the other one and comp have of one. I left paying a $75.00 bill and still had not eaten. The service was poor and that bite of steak was horrible. So much for a good steak dinner on Christmas. Not to mention I ordered unsweetened tea and the waitress kept bring me sweet. The tea was not good another person switched to coke.

We ate dinner at Saltgrass Steakhouse last night. It has been 5 years since we were in Biloxi and loved it last time so decided to go
back. It did not disappoint. Our steaks were both cooked perfectly and were delicious. The sides (broccoli and sautéed mushrooms) were also outstanding. However the thing that made our evening special was our fabulous waitress, Sophia! She was informative, helpful, friendly and just the right amount of checking on us to be sure everything was to our liking without being too “in our face”. We will be coming back to Biloxi sooner next time and will be dining at Saltgrass and asking for Sophia!

My parents took me here for my 42nd birthday today and the food was really good and I loved the atmosphere. What really blew me away by it all though was the service!! Trey was our server and he was very attentive, very polite and all around went above and beyond to make our experience a great one!! It’s not often lately that servers have good manners, positive attitudes and friendly personality. So when you come across someone like Trey who was all of that and more, it deserves to be recognized!! That man deserves a raise, a standing ovation and an applause. We tried to speak with the manager there to let her know how much we appreciated Trey, but she didn’t seem interested in listening to anything at all that we had to say. Her personality was very off-putting and quite offensive to be honest. She could definitely learn a thing or five from Trey on customer service and satisfaction. I hope this review gets Trey and others like him the recognition they deserve. This was my first time at this restaurant and I will definitely be returning! Thank you again Trey for making my birthday a memorable one!
