I am visiting from Toronto we have lots of steak house there. I didn’t expect that BC has fully halal wonderful steak house. Absolutely mind blowing! We ordered Quesabirria Brisket Taco, ribeye medium, big brunch beef burger and Mushroom and egg beef burger. Everything was delicious and top notch quality from plating to taste simply amazing. Place was pretty busy and service was great. I am glad Halal community supporting this steak house . I know it’s very tough running steak house without alcohol. But who ever is this person I salute you for beautiful decors and amazing food. Whenever I will come back to BC will definitely visit you guys and enjoy your steak.

We have visited Salt & Steak a few times and have never been disappointed. We ordered the Ramadan platter #1 and for $34.99 it was well worth it. There was more than enough food for two and everything was delicious. We also ordered a steak which was cooked exactly the way we like it. Everything was well prepared and came out in a timely manner. Our server Gigi was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they checked in at all the right times and made us feel so taken care of without ever being overbearing 🙂

We visited Salt & Steak on Valentine’s Day and it was extremely busy, but the experience was still pleasant thanks to our server, Simran. She was very nice, attentive, and impressively fast despite the overcrowd — truly appreciated her service and positive attitude.
We ordered the garlic prawn appetizer and it was a solid 10/10 — easily the best dish we had that night and absolutely worth ordering. For mains, we tried both the T-bone steak and the sirloin steak. Unfortunately, both were just so-so — a bit hard to cut and slightly chewy, not as tender as expected.
Dessert was mixed: their famous crème brûlée is definitely worth the money and a great way to end the meal, but the tiramisu didn’t really impress us.
Overall, service by Simran really stood out and made the evening better even with the holiday rush.

We visited for a work dinner as a group of 8–9 people, and it’s truly one of the best places for steak. Even though I’m vegetarian, I tried their pasta and it was really good. Everyone else absolutely loved their steaks, and overall the food was very nice.
The passionfruit drink I ordered was amazing and very refreshing. Our server Nancy (if I’m remembering the name correctly) was wonderful — she did an amazing job, was attentive, and followed up on the food perfectly.
Desserts were a highlight as well — the crème brûlée and chocolate lava cake were both amazing.

We were looking for a quiet place for just the 2 of us, that served good steak. This was the perfect spot. The food is all halaal. The ambience is amazing! The lady serving us was really nice patient and friendly. She answered all our questions, got us water and even came to refill it. She also came to check on us mid-meal if everything was okay. You have to order using the QR code on the table. We got birria tacos with brisket meat, tbone steak and New York steak. It was all amazing! We couldn’t change the sides the dish came with so we ordered an extra side of fries. The drink we got was also very tasty. For dessert we got the creme brulee. Would definitely recommend and I would come here again!

I got the Steak Ribeye, Truffle Fries, and the Dragon Lagoon Mocktail. The Ribeye was cooked to an absolutely beautiful medium rare, and I was very happy with the portion. The sides that came with the Ribeye were perfectly complimenting the steak, and not overwhelming it. Tender, perfectly cooked with that beautiful rareness in the middle. The Truffle Fries were also great and the sauces that came with it complimented them perfectly. Thick cut slices with a great portion as well. The Dragon Lagoon really wraps everything up beautifully. A little sweetness with that beautiful coconut flavor, just great.
The atmosphere had a nice and calm ambiance that’s absolutely perfect for fine dining and the service was excellent.

Excellent service from Simran, I believe her name was? The food isn’t a fluke; I had a brunch burger and mozza sticks and the mozza sticks were the best I have ever had. Beautiful stretch on the cheese, and very nice crisp breading on the sticks, and the prices were reasonable as well for such a premium quality. This might be my new favourite restaurant in the area.

Kash was very friendly. The food was great, especially the smoked salmon Alfredo. The thing cuts of salmon were pleasant and the noodles were cooked to perfection. It’s rare to find good pasta in the lower mainland.

I had a great dinner at Salt & Stake! I really enjoyed their hot chicken burger and crispy onion rings — both were delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff, especially Nancy, were very friendly and attentive, always checking to make sure everything was okay. Her warm smile and kindness made our dinner even more pleasant and satisfying. Definitely a place worth visiting for warmth behaviour.

Food was terrific. Ordered the Roast Lamb Mandi, and my goodness did it come with a lot of rice. There was so much that I had to take some home, as the serving size was extremely generous. Lamb was great, and fall-off-the-bone as advertised.
Simran did a great job as our server, and was attentive in refilling our water + ensuring our food tasted great.
Restaurant was a bit quiet since there were only a few parties including ours, but I enjoyed the atmosphere (loved the lit candle that added to the ambience).
