Clean and laid back vibe. Friendly service even for our first time. Attentive and gave explanation about our options. We tried carne asada, octopus and fish tacos. They were all very tasty. The cilantro crema was an unexpected delight.

Stopped by this evening with the wife. We live in the neighborhood, and saw SALT opened a few weeks ago. We love supporting local restaurants, and this place did not disappoint! We had chips and salsa. Both salsas were flavorful, with the orange having just enough of a bite. The Discata Taco was awesome, with the perfect blend of meats. The octopus and shrimp taco was also amazing with the different textures of both the octopus and shrimp. Both seasoned and cooked perfectly. The owners are kind, and focused on making your experience the best. They are waiting for their liquor license to be able to serve beer and margaritas. Definitely try this place out!

My wife opted for the fish tacos, and they were equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Our son enjoyed the Mexican burger, and he couldn’t stop raving about it either!

Stopped by for a late lunch. The food isreally good, the restaurant is really nice and clean. Staff is great. I had a few different tacos and they were all great. Carne Asada, Shrimp and Chicken was great. The salsa’s were good too. Can be spicy for some, but are delicious. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are visiting from a place with few tacos so we enjoy sampling all the tacos around we can. We visited this place and the tacos were very good. They are lighter than the typical taco given the seafood options and don’t sit as heavily which to me is a good thing. The ingredients were very fresh tasting, we enjoyed the guacamole which was chunky and fresh. I think they may be moving to a larger place based on signage. Currently they are sharing space with a microbrewery. We wanted to sit outside but a lot of people were smoking and I can’t taste my food when that is happening so we ate indoors where someone was getting tattooed at the table next to us. Not sure that is great around food so deducted a few stats for the current atmosphere. Overall really enjoyed the food and would eat at again!

I’m not sure what happened with my order, as it seems like the reviews of this restaurant chain are overall positive, but I ended up with food poisoning after eating their big boy fish and shrimp burrito. I think it is also worth noting to the public that a lot of the images that present themselves on google maps don’t match the new mesa location. It kind of made me wonder if the reviews also don’t match. We went on a Tuesday and it was slow. They were not offering the 2 dollar taco special that is showing up on google maps. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. A definite plus. Hopefully this is helpful to the public

I recently visited the new restaurant S.A.L.T. Sea and Land Tacos and everything we ordered was very delicious. We started with the loaded nachos which were packed with flavor. We also ordered the surf and turf burrito and a quesadilla, both of which were fresh, satisfying, and well made. We tried a variety of tacos including octopus, pork, and chicken, and each one was great in its own way.
The octopus tacos truly stood out. I have never been one to order octopus, but this was something completely different. The octopus was super tender and the taste was amazing. It had a little kick to it which I highly enjoyed. It was so good that one was not enough and I actually ordered another one.
Overall, SALT exceeded my expectations and I would definitely go back again. Everything was flavorful, well prepared, and absolutely worth trying.
