I dined at Salt Raw Bar in Plymouth this past Saturday evening and had an incredible experience — truly above and beyond! I always enjoy my visits to Salt, but this one was exceptional.
My waitress, Bailey, was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to accommodate all of my dietary needs (and trust me, I have quite a few!). She was so knowledgeable about the menu, taking the time to explain what dishes I could safely enjoy, and her friendly, patient attitude made the experience even better.
A huge shoutout as well to the kitchen staff for being so accommodating and flexible. It’s rare to find a restaurant that goes the extra mile to make guests with dietary restrictions feel so cared for.
Thank you, Salt, for another outstanding meal — I can’t wait to come back!

Stopped by Salt for some dinner. Wow… it was great. Sat at the bar and started with a Vitamin Sea Elusive on draft. Nice Hazy beer. Moved onto the Shrimp Tempura appetizer, and it was absolutely fantastic. Finally had Johnny’s smash burger and it was great as well. Comes with thin fries. Very good overall experience.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Salt Raw Bar — a true gem! From the moment we arrived, the location set the tone: coastal charm meets elevated elegance.
Now, the food — incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, bold flavors. The oysters were pristine and the creative small plates left us wanting more (in the best way).

Top notch!! Server was very knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations when asked. Service was prompt and efficient . All appetizers,
including Bao Buns, crab crab rangoon; poutine and dumplings were exceptional. The highlight was the Buldak “carbonara” ramen which might the the best thing I have ever eaten! Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely great meal here to celebrate my birthday last week. Great cocktails – try the hibiscus margarita Interesting menu with something for everyone – enough sharing type appetisers to allow you to try many things. The tuna was particularly good!

Came for date night – wish we came here sooner! Everything was absolutely delicious. Went on a Sunday night so it wasn’t super busy, definitely think that contributed to a positive atmosphere.
The waygu tataki was my favorite of our “appetizers”. I think the udon was a special, but it was fantastic. The smashburger absolutely crushed my craving for a burger it was perfect. The fries were great too, salty and crisp.
Highly recommend, don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu!

Great spot for a group! Trinity was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the gluten free options and was engaging and fun! Food was SOOO good! Get the curry noodles!

What a fantastic restaurant located in the heart of Plymouth, Massachusetts. We ordered a number of different dishes for the table tonight, and each one was great. The service was excellent as well. Salt is definitely one of the best restaurants in town. We would highly recommend it here!

First – the food here is delicious. Run, don’t walk to eat here. The cocktails were also yummy. We went on a Saturday night and the place was super busy. It took about 15 minutes for our reserved table to be ready. Our server Katherine was a breath of fresh air – quickly problem solving for a minor issue. The only thing that bothered me was their two kitchens’ inability to coordinate food coming out – hubby got his cooked first course (I insisted he eat), and was finished long before mine came out – 20 minutes later (yes, I made note of the time). That being said, I would go back . Everything they served up was innovative and well prepared.
