Very good food, nice service! Very small portions though! We had the huli huli chicken taco and the special (a hotdog with bacon, cheese, green onions and something else).

This little food truck in the tiny town of Hope, Alaska was the best food I tried in the entire state! The rockfish tacos were incredible, and the flavor combo was to die for! Fresh avocado, not Costco brand cups of guac like other places. The Argentine hot dog hit the spot too. Eat here. You won’t regret it!

Stopped here for a late lunch. They no longer serve banh mi. We ordered the rock fish taco and the huli huli chicken taco. They were both excellent!

Cook rude…said to leave him the “F” alone, he was cooking. Food was ok, but not great. Fish tacos very watery. Out of Tots to boot.
