I’m really disappointed by the racially profiled service I experienced here. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged .Staff barely spoke to me and I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
I was treated subpar compared to others around me and it was clear my experience was different because of how I looked. This is unacceptable in 2025. Everyone deserves to feel respected and welcomed, no matter who they are.
I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat all guests with the same courtesy and respect.
