This is what they call chicken wings that taste a day old and was warmed up. It’s my first time trying them . Never again ! I’ll rather keep going to compare foods ! The cake was disgusting . The rice was 1 star

Foods were so dry. Looks like they cooked long time ago and cook again.
Worst Jamaican restaurant in my life.
Restaurant is not clean. Loud music(this part was really Jamaican but was too loud for small restaurant )

I was really hoping to love this place, unfortunately that was not the case. 1st time ordering from here and I was very disappointed. My jerk chicken was burnt, not jerked… burnt and crisp and even burnt to the taste. No sauce at all or gravy on the rice or the chicken so it was all just burnt and dry food. Disappointed

Ms. Sharon is so pleasant and welcoming. She is so respectful and she is the reason why I keep coming back every evening for dinner with my family. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is so clean and friendly. Ms Sharon thank you for being the face of the restaurant.

I did not put a picture of my brown stew snapper. It was so good, seasoning on point, and presentation, didn’t last. The portion could feed 2 adults. But, mine left me so full…..oh my. You must check it out.

I recommend the Sorrel if you like Agua Jamaica (Hibiscus).
Tried the black cake, fried chicken, and beef patty with Coco bread.

I was so excited been wanting to try this place for a while since they opened, customer service was good but the food was not what I expected…I ordered oxtail, rice and beans and plantains… I got a good portions size it looked packed after all I paid 26$ BUT my oxtail tasted outdated and on the dry side like , I thought I had plantains but only 2 and under the plantains there was a big portion of cabbage that I didn’t order I was specific due to a medical condition, my rice and beans didn’t taste fresh either, sad to say 2 hours later I got sick …. I will not be returning

Food is not that great. This is the nasty chicken patty they gave me. Go to Island Tease in Hope Mills instead. I called these people to place an order for Jerk chicken with a patty and an hour later they tell me they their phone was off the hook so they didn’t know anyone was calling to check on the food. Food was cold Waste of time and money. Never again.
