Salt & Lime is the culmination of a 10 year old boy’s dream. Ever since he can remember, Chef Zach Ficke loved to cook! His passion for cooking stemmed from assisting in cooking family dinners each night, until soon thereafter, his parents realized they could relax and upgraded him to sole dinner cook, preparing multiple course meals for family and friends!

This place is cute. Really like the indoor/outdoor vibe and second floor seating. Very spacious and dog friendly. The tacos were decent. Appreciate the creativity and many options.
Had a total of 4 tacos; the only one that was very memorably bad was the confit of mushroom trio. I would skip the churro sundae too. It took forever to arrive and they were not good. Flavor and texture were way off. The horchata flavor was non-existent. Dulce de leche sauce was watery.

The wagyu steak taco was fire, probably the best taco I’ve ever had in my life. Chicken pho taco was so interesting, flavorful, soupy, and those cripy jalapeños were insane. The short rib taco was so juicy and hearty. The cookie too was impeccable. Better than even michelin star tacos villas tacos in La. Open another location in la and this place would go viral instantly.

The crispy chicken tender taco was hands-down the best. Great spot in Eastside. There is a parking lot behind it, and it is convenient. They have outdoor seating, and a second level for additional seating.
Their food is great, from the Brussel sprouts to tacos to their chicken wings. Service is friendly and attentive.

Excellent food, great service, highly recommend this restaurant. I got the short-rib burrito which was very filling and delicious. It had a twist with some surprise ingredients (listed in the menu of course), and my wife got what she called the best fish taco of her life.
Can’t wait to be back. The Chef and the staff are all wonderful.

Salt and lime is my favorite tacos in orange county. They use exceptional ingredients and beautiful style in everything they make. Our favorite is the corn esquites, and the poke nachos. They make everything from scratch including their nachos and tortillas. Their tacos are insanely delicious and definitely worth every bite.

Omg this place is phenomenal! We came for the OC restaurant week and boy it did not disappoint! Best guac I’ve had since I’ve been in California. They were out of the short ribs so they gave me a free upgrade to the ribeye steak burrito with the short rib toppings and I think it was ment to be eaten that way! I got a churro Sunday for dessert and the horchata ice cream was so good I ended up having to get another! Id recommend this place to anyone! Also special shout out to our waitress Sophie who was super sweet and went above and beyond for us. Also the owner was also our chef so hats off to you as well! Best part is for the guac, burrito and dessert was only $25 and free parking is behind the building.

Salt & Lime provides a delicious variety of tacos; but you really need to taste, try, and sample to figure out which ones fit your pallet.
I loved the curry dusted chicken taco and thought the salmon taco was quite good.
Note: As of July 2024, they have removed the most delicious crusted chicken tacos from the menu; I hope people petition S&L to bring them back!
Normally, I really dig vegan tacos, but their sweet potato taco was too sweet for me and their mushroom taco seemed too marinated for my liking.
I look forward to returning and trying more tacos.

Tempura fried halibut taco is delicious, as long as you like fried
Shrimp taco with guacamole and pineapple was delicious; will get it again
Eggplant taco was very good; a little bit too much cream sauce for my taste; nonetheless a delicious blend of flavors

Excellent fast casual Mexican taqueria with beer wine and margaritas. We sat outside on a Saturday night. I had the sweet and spicy chicken burrito and my wife had their shrimp burrito. We also had their Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Brussels sprouts were nicely cooked and had pomegranate seeds on top which was a nice touch but they were a little too oily and way too much honey on them. It has a lot of potential. The burritos were good side and nicely prepared. I liked the shrimp burrito more than the sweet and spicy chicken. Didn’t taste the kimchi inside at all. It needed a kick that it failed to deliver. It fell flat. I will be back to try a few other items to see what the rest of the menu taste like. I feel like this place can have a lot of potential.

OK. If you want legitimate good food, this is it. They have actual fresh fish. Nothing frozen that’s been stored for days. Even they’re non-fish items are bangers. Try their mushroom taco on the softest flour tortillas ever. I devoured. For appetizer, we got their chips and queso. It’s dangerously savory. For dessert, we got their churro a la mode and I couldn’t stop eating it. So many good things on the menu I can’t wait to try. I run my own restaurant, so I recognize good food. The owner is also in the shop making sure place is running right. Tons of seating and great ambiance. 5 stars. A rare place with great prices and even better food.
