A gem of a place that is hidden away in a small town of Wendover! It is worth the time and energy to make it worth your while. It’s a very good place to eat at a Mexican restaurant. It was a delightful experience for us. From their regulars to their guests the place is surely worth visiting. Good vibe a nostalgic feeling. The food was good . I love ❤️ Enchiladas and their tacos ! It is truly an amazing place to be able to eat at where you can enjoy the atmosphere. Yes, it was the our first time that and it was a pleasure to be able to experience it. Thank you to the owner and his sons as well, as the staff for keeping the legacy going. We will be back for more if we are in your town again Wendover.

Super dirty! Menus were disgusting! Floors were gross! It seriously needs a DEEP, DEEP cleaning. Food was “just okay” and we will not ever eat there again!
The bathroom was located back by the kitchen and after seeing the rest of the restaurant, no way I was using it!

A great Mexican restaurant. It seemed quite busy for 4:20 pm on Sunday, but service was quick and courteous. I ordered Chile Verde burrito with beans and rice, hot salsa on side. They brought a big bowl of chips. Pork was lean, tender, and flavorful. Highly recommended.

So good! My husband had beef fajita and I had shrimp and beef fajita. They have the option to swap rice and beans for French fries, which I did and they were hot and delicious. Flour tortillas are homemade. Portions were large and absolutely delicious. Service was great! Cash only!

Game this place to try because we were wanting some Mexican food and not too shabby. Service was quick, food was served hot and freshly made. I ordered the smothered burrito with a side taco. The taco was absolutely delicious. The Smother burrito was good too It was absolutely full of tender pork, I only wished it was spicier. My wife ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas and they were pretty good also. They only take cash, so make sure you are prepared.

Checked out Salt Flat’s café recently & It was amazing! Definitely a hidden gem in the city. It’s slightly southwest of the casinos. The chips & salsa came out quickly after we sat down. The salsa was really spicy! I couldn’t handle much of it. It had good flavor just really spicy. My boyfriend ordered the Huevos Rancheros with carne asada. His only complaint was that he wishes the beans were on top of the chips instead of under the chips. He felt like it was hard to get to them until he ate the chips down more. He also ordered one single carne asada taco & he said he really liked this! Said the carne asada was cooked to perfection. I ordered the cheese enchiladas with rice & beans. This plate was massive! The sauce was dripping off the sides. It ended up coming with 3 enchiladas. More than I could finish by myself for sure! I’m not a lover of red enchilada sauce but I actually really liked their red enchilada sauce. The rice & beans were good. Service was really quick! Portions were huge & it only cost $30 total. They do only accept cash, so be aware of that before you go.
