We went back within a couple of weeks and had The London broil again, which was cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were amazing. I appreciated that they accommodated my request to swap out the onion rings for spinach this second visit, which was also delicious. The staff is friendly, the service quick, and the place spotlessly clean. Overall, it’s a solid 5-star experience, and it’s a great place to watch the game while you dine!
Stepping inside, the atmosphere was a mix of cozy and lively, and my initial goal was simply to enjoy the ambiance rather than a full meal. i wasn’t too hungry. I was just wanted a snack. Nothing heavy. The menu offered a variety of choices, but the fried chickpeas caught my eye. They sounded like a healthier and more unique appetizer, so I decided to give them a try.
When the plate arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The chickpeas were perfectly crispy and seasoned, offering a delightful crunch with every bite. The dish was not only tasty but also hit the mark as the light, savory snack I was looking for. To complement this, I also sampled their bread service, which was soft, warm, and served with a delicious accompaniment—a perfect simple pleasure.
Overall, the visit was a pleasant and satisfying. The quality of the food, even in my limited selections, was impressive, and the friendly atmosphere made for a great stop in Roswell. #ashsaidit
Fun to people-watch on the sidewalk, especially since tonight there was an Ugly Christmas Sweater pub crawl in downtown Roswell!
Our server was fantastic, helpful and responsive, and cheerful. The chef adapted the trout dish to accommodate for my allergies. Very kind of him! And the trout was cooked perfectly!
I took off one star for atmosphere because the outdoor tables and chairs have seen better days, but honestly, we really enjoyed our night out. Will be back.

We all ordered the traditional burgers, and they were cooked to perfection—huge portions and outstanding quality. The local beers and craft cocktails were also spot-on, mixed perfectly and full of flavor.
From the outstanding service to the high-quality food, this place truly impressed us. I highly recommend the Salt Factory and Pub to anyone looking for a great meal and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
We shared the pulled pork tacos (as an appetizer) and the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich (main course). We each had a Sangria Rajó to drink.
First, the service was excellent. Brendon provided great menu input and attention to detail. The care and detail provided included him and the chef splitting our sandwich and fries between two plates for us (before serving the meals/plates at the table).
Second, my wife mentioned multiple times that both the drink and food were very tasty.
It’s a smaller location with only one TV. They had the local college (GA) game on but no volume, just music. So they were a little less crowded than the other surrounding restaurants blaring the game on multiple screens.
The only real negative is that the area appears to be popular with multiple establishments. This gives clients multiple great options but parking is challenging. There seemed to be free parking in the “back” but bring patience and walking shoes to get you up hills or down/around a few steps.
Note:
1. This was my first and only visit.
2. The brownie and ice cream dessert were great also.
To me – everything tasted and looked overcooked to some degree. I ordered the fish & chips – the fish was definitely over cooked but not terrible. The fries were really good and the jalapeño coleslaw was just okay. I think it’s all fairly priced so that is a positive.
My wife enjoyed her trout dish and we both enjoyed the egg rolls – which again appeared slightly overcooked. I tried a few of the other appetizers – they were decent.
I’m glad I tried the place but I don’t see this being a regular dining place for me.
