We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at Salt, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We had the New Year’s fixed-menu dining experience, and all five courses were thoughtful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
Highlights included yellowfin tuna tartare, delicate pasta stuffed with mushrooms, perfectly prepared lobster, an indulgent Wagyu course, and yummy dessert. The entire experience was refined, and memorable. The pacing of the meal was spot-on, allowing us to truly enjoy each course without feeling rushed.
The service was polished, warm, and attentive, making the evening feel special without being overbearing. Combined with the elegant atmosphere, it was the perfect way to mark such a meaningful milestone.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. The staff was incredible, and the food was amazing. It was truly an unforgettable evening. Our server, David, was extremely knowledgeable, and Marley, Jennifer, David, and Matt made the entire night feel so special for me. I can honestly say it was the best birthday I’ve ever had. Chef Okan’s dishes were outstanding, and having him come to our table made the experience even more memorable. Thank you so much for everything!

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. When making the reservation, I wrote that it was for me and my mom. They made a custom menu for a mother-daughter date. When we arrived, our chairs were pushed in by our waiter, David. David was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, He made incredible recommendations. If only there was an option of giving 5+ stars, this would have been it for me. One of the finest restaurants that we have visited so far in recent times, Salt simply outperforms in almost every possible category, be it the above & beyond service, the best in class food or the classy ambiance. We celebrated a birthday and they made it a memorable one for sure with a customized menu & celebration plate with macarons & chocolates. Our server Courtney was amazing and her knowledge on the menu items & attention to detail was impeccable.
My favorite was the Dover sole entree which simply melted in my mouth and can easily be eaten just with the spoon as suggested!

We were treated so welcoming here. The atmosphere was beautiful and the view out of the nearby window was stunning because we planned our dinner reservation at 6pm. Which meant we were going to witness the sunset and the ardent sunset view combined with the elegance of this restaurant was such a pleasure. This gastronome is very likely to remain a fan of “salt” for various reasons. From the window view, the outstanding service, overall elegance, and of course the most important part.. The cuisine. My husband had the halibut with whipped potatoes. I enjoyed wagyu steak with truffle hollandaise. Also we were served octopus as an opening, it was delightful. For dessert, we chose a dark chocolate souffle. That souffle was absolutely remarkable and perfection. I’ve been impressed and I’m grateful to have been to a terrific dining experience. Thanks to the chef and service at Salt inside the Ritz-Carlton. Excellence has been achieved. I’m glad we Celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary here. Someone within the staff decided to print “Happy 24th Anniversary Sean & Lisa” at the top of our menu. A keepsake we will hold on to, along with our memories. Thanks to whomever had such a thoughtful and special idea for us. We appreciate you.

We love this fine dining establishment here at the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island. We’ve been here before with other family members and we have a road trip up to Myrtle Beach, SC and Charlotte, NC. After checking in with our reservations, we received a nice cozy table next to the windows over looking the beach.
Fine wine, great steaks, excellent service, and a beautiful ambiance. Very nice renovations done to the restaurant.
