This place was completely empty, should have been red flag number 1. The waitress walked by 3 times and look were my empty cup is. Right where she walks past. The lady couldn’t answer of their tacos are street tacos or fancy ones. She said “I don’t know how to explain it” 2. red flag. The meal itself was okay. But the amount of beans they give is a joke. The rice was tasteful and actually had a good portion. The chimichanga was delicious so that’s a plus. I went to order desert and they only have 1 thing available minus the ice cream. Starting to see why its empty. The desert was okay nothing too special just a tad undercooked but it’s okay. Don’t know if I want to even try this place again.

I was hoping for better. Reviews I checked before going were mixed. It was Sunday right after church and the place should have been packed. We were 1 family out of 2 or 3. Place was pretty much empty. Only one hostess/server. The food was pretty blah. There was a hair in my wife’s rice (that’s her worst fear), my son’s chimichanga was the wrong meat and pretty sure it was just a burrito instead of being fried (he said it wasn’t very good). My enchiladas were bland and the cheese inside never melted even though the plate was scorching. Save your money and try just about any other Mexican in town (they are all better).

Beef Fajitas, Cheese Enchiladas, Carne Asada and the fresh Tortilla Soap were all amazing!!! The steak was all marinated and super tender! The home made pinto beans were excellent, and so was the salsa fyi! The comfy booths and decor was welcoming and cozy. The sign was off the building but I’m assuming their working on that. My only complaint was I wish the rice was as good as the beans and homemade. Thanks for a great food and service, will be back soon!!!!

Pleasant, modern, and clean restaurant. Plenty of booths. The food was fine, but i may try something a little more spicy to get the tex mex kick I was craving if ww come again. The portions are appropriate for the price. I did love the churros and ice-cream.

This was the first time I ever went into Salsa’s. I have seen these guys getting buffeted with nothing but spotty reviews, so I am going to be completely honest in this.
Firstly, my server Ivan was an angel, he made sure I was alright every few minutes, and made sure to check my ID when I ordered an drink.
I ordered the loaded fries, and when I questioned about the “Xangos” Ivan didn’t know what it was initially, but personally went back to ask, he even brought it out to me on the house. (Both Pictured)
My margarita was cold, boozy, and delicious. My fries were perfect, and they had (probably) the best Salsa I have ever eaten in Columbia.
The atmosphere here is moody, but not in a depressing manner, if you had a large party, or were just looking for some consistent food for dinner, lunch, etc, the atmosphere is perfectly fine. If you are hanging with the boys, maybe not so much.
I will be back, and I hope that people give Salsa’s the chance they deserve, and if you stop in, tell them Jordan sent ya!

This was our 3rd time here. Trying to give it a chance. I had a taco salad with chicken. There was something in my salad that was crunchy. It looks like a bug. I called the waitress over that can never stop at the table and listen to you. Just flies by and you can’t say anything. I told her and showed her what was in my food. No apology! She just took off to the kitchen. Hispanic lady comes out and says she made the other one first. That had nothing to do with what was in my salad. She walked off angry. No apology, no let me make you another
Then we asked for the bill and it was full price. I asked are you actually charging me for that. She snatched the bill up and again headed to the back. Hispanic lady in kitchen yelling. She tossed the bill on the table and kept walking. Took 10.00 off. It was a horrible experience. Its a shame, because we really liked the food up until today. Waitress needs customer service training and so does the manager. You will not stay in business long like this.

My friend & I tried this place out Saturday night and I think I’ve found my new, favorite Mexican restaurant in Columbia! Everything was great from the chips & salsa to the actual entrée to the dessert and it was even so upscale-looking inside with the appearance too. The service was also great and if you haven’t given them a shot… Run, don’t walk to give them a try! I can’t wait for them to bring in the margaritas once they receive their liquor license because I will most definitely be back here.

Nice interior, clean. Poor quality food. The stuffed jalapeños are cream cheese frozen ones and are $7.99, huge rip off. We were the only ones in the restaurant and my request for no beans wasn’t even followed, the rice tasted like it was left overs, but my enchiladas were decent. My partner got a quesadilla and the peppers were not cooked. Unfortunately, we brought more home in a doggy bag for the chickens than we actually ate.

The food is always fantastic and the pricing is unbeatable. ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Exceptional customer service, too! Above and beyond. To be honest, I request the same exact waitress every single time. I hope I am allowed to give her a shout out…… lololol. Miss. Taylor, thankyouuuuuu so so much for being the best of the best. ✨
