Stopped by by just searching Mexican Food and it brought us to Salsas, Mole & Más. The owners are a mother (cook) server (daughter). We were 4 for breakfast and they did not disappoint, was very surprised when we were served Fideo as an appetizer (included with order). Our food was so tasty that all we did was ask questions about the restaurant. They hadn’t been open for very long but if the continue cooking this way they will have people standing in line to get in (not very big). What they lakes in space they made up in taste. Oh and they also have “Cafe de Hoya” was so authentic we kept ordering refills even though we were stuffed.

Wife ordered the Red Enchiladas. I ordered a combination of three different sauced Enchiladas (Verde, mole and red). All great, my favorite was the Verde. Also ordered fresh guacamole (nice!) and a Carne Asada taco. Delicious . We’ll be back.

Very disappointed with their quality of food. I ordered pozole and it was bad. The pozole was not authentic or freshly made. It was straight out of the can.it had no flavor at all and to pay $18.. for it not worth it. The meat even looked bad..

It would be good customer service for the owners come out and give an estimated time of reopening for customers that like your home style food. OPEN/CLOSED, OPEN CLOSED unreliable . I have passed by a few times see if you are open to get a meal. Homade style food doesn’t cook here anymore. No explanation at the door for loyal customers no bueno. This is not the RIGHT way to run a business!

This place is delicious, clean, & they have quick service. I ordered the mole & a soup. The food here seriously tastes homemade & I’m here for it. I definitely recommend this spot!

This is a review for their catering services not the restaurant.
I attended my cousin’s wedding and unfortunately the catering experience was extremely disappointing. The food arrived three hours late, and when it did, it was cold and overly salty. To make matters worse, the staff were rude to guests and even threatened to stop serving altogether.
There was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional altercation between the catering staff and some of the guests, including instances of aggressively serving the food. The team showed no remorse and instead blamed the bride, claiming she had switched the event date – a claim that only added more stress to an already emotional day.
While we appreciate that they still delivered food despite the supposed confusion, it was not what the bride had originally selected. Rather than handling the situation with grace and professionalism, they made an already difficult moment even worse, leaving the bride in tears for most of the reception.
We chose this company because of their strong reviews, but sadly, they did not live up to the expectations. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and work on their communication and customer service – especially for events as important as weddings.

Decided to order take out on Christmas eve and this was a hit! Family ordered the red enchiladas (chicken and cheese), mole chicken enchiladas, and tacos dorado. All the food was absolutely excellent. The enchiladas were especially good with the red and mole having an incredible depth of flavor. An amazing and authentic experience that felt like true nostalgic home cooking. We got takeout planning to reheat the food a couple hours later and the food was still fantastic. I can only imagine how delicious it would have been eating at the restaurant or sooner! Id highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the San Gabriel Valley.

I attended a wedding recently that was catered by Salsas Mole and Mas, and I was absolutely shocked by the experience. The catering team showed up three hours late, completely throwing off the event schedule. When the food was finally served, it was cold, extremely salty, and the bread was rock hard—completely unacceptable for a special occasion.
To make matters worse, the employees were incredibly rude to guests. At one point, they even closed the serving lids and tried to stop serving food without any explanation. As a guest, I was confused and uncomfortable. I can’t even begin to imagine how devastated the bride and groom must have felt after trusting this company with such an important part of their day.
Terrible service, terrible food, and a completely unprofessional attitude. I would not recommend them to anyone.

24 dollars for okay enchiladas was not worth it. The mole was great! But chicken beans and rice had no flavor. I know that this restaurant is new and are getting their gears together. I’ll probably won’t return. 24 dollars was way too much for food that wasn’t worth it.
Anyways I’m excited to see this restaurant be successful and work on the things they need too
