This place isn’t just a restaurant, its a life style. I came in expecting a good meal with a few of my buddies, leaving i got the greatest gift of all. i walk in and am awestruck with the sight of Ada, my serve. She is the sweetest most awesome possum worker I have met. She just knows what to say, took my order with the biggest smile, and even gave me free chips. What I would do for her to be my waiter is unspeakable and unforgivable. I think about her and the place 24/7. My life is truly changed for the better. Shoutout to Ada, my star crossed lover. This place is the best place ive ever seen. This place resembles greatness. Come here and experience greatness.

Food was delicious! I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my partner got the chicken burrito. The chicken was fresh and seasoned deliciously! We also loved the queso and salsa dip. Overall great experience, clean environment and friendly fast service. We will be back!

As always when I make the trip in Louisville I tend to get Salsarita’s. It is my comfort stop! My taste that pulls me in! Fresh; Hot and the ability to customize your “food tastes” pick and choose depending on your mood and preferences..

Haven’t visited in a while, but was looking forward to this visit.Didn’t expect to get cold grilled chicken in my tacos . Even the queso was like luke warm . Definitely not the best I’ve had here . Being there was no one there when I visited I would’ve thought the food would be fresher and better.

On 9/10/25 we brought 14 Residents from Swan Pointe HOA to eat at the Middletown location of Salsarita’s.
They had so many choices. The “Make Your Own” Bowls, Burritos, Taco Salads, Quesadilla and Nachos were just one price and you went down the line and told them what you want added to your entree. If you wanted a Combo in addition, you could get chips, queso and a drink for $4.99 more. (The chips and queso were SO good!)
There were about six additional proteins you could add in addition to your entree. They had lots of salsas, toppings, vegetables and more!! The line
moved along pretty fast.
We had a nice time talking. There was plenty of room inside the restaurant and the volume inside the restaurant was perfect! We could hear each other. The restaurant is a bright, sunshiny place. The building is handicapped assessable. The portions were large and just about all of us left the restaurant with carry out bags.

I’ve been coming here for a while but just never took the time to give Salsaritas a review. The food is always fresh, the meats tender, and the service fast and friendly. They make their own chips and queso is my favorite in the city. It can’t be beat for a quick lunch or dinner with the family. It’s tastefully designed and always clean. On a plus note, they also have a great catering side with delivery. I’ve used Salsaritas time and again to rave reviews from the group.
