I was super shocked when I went in and was charged 27 dollars for chips. They have a guacamole and queso bundle for 32 never would I have guessed salsa and chips would be close to that. The girl at the register said well you don’t have to buy them when I questioned the price…super rude and not at all accommodating. Disappointed to say the least….and my 10 bag of chips was broken.

A great Mexican restaurant in Oak Ridge, Tn
This restaurant is located on the south side of Illinois Ave and just to the west of South Tulane Avenue. It is in a stand-alone building with 2 other stores. The three stores have their fronts facing north toward the street. Salsaritos is the one on the east end of the building. There is plenty of parking around the structure since it sits in the middle of a large parking lot. The restaurant is a typical layout with customers ordering at one side and following their food down the line detailing what they want in their meals and paying at the end. The staff was very friendly and professional. The ingredients were fresh. I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and black beans with a drink. The prices were reasonable for the economy and the area. They prepared the food quickly and the meal was delicious. The drinks are serve-yourself in the main dining area. The dining area is a mix of tables and booths in the open area between the counter and the windows. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. I would recommend this for anyone in the area wanting a good meal at a reasonable price in a pleasant atmosphere.

Although the last time I was at Salsarita was in 2020, it is still the best mexican grill / burrito/ bowl restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is fresh and the service is friendly. Really recommend!

The food was so fresh and the flavor just wake up the tongue. It was great. I don’t usually like mango but I tried their mango madness on my tacos and it added the best flavor to them. I had never been there before and was not disappointed. I went to the store in Oak Ridge TN and the workers were helpful and so friendly. It was an overall great experience. My fiancé had nachos and they were very tasty as well.

My family orders dinner from Salsaritas frequently. Almost every time, my order has been incorrect. Most recently, I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and received a ground beef burrito bowl (twice). The order is correct on the receipt. The receipt is always checked by each ingredient as though someone has thoroughly reviewed the order but, still, managed to completely mess up my order. The food is usually good but even the lettuce was old in the burrito bowl this week.

I normally am only in here for Door Dash but the staff is great and helpful and the music in the store is family friendly. I always get a hello or welcome when I walk in. And they go above and beyond helping me by stapling the bags closed. Some places won’t even use tape. I do plan to stop in one day to eat to try the food. Will update when I try the food

Came here from canada for a 8 day rowing camp. Came here almost every day. They never skimp on the portions and the whole place is basically chipotle but like 100x better. Staff are super nice that we basically befriended them because of their extremely good service. I will miss this place and will be back next year.

Customer service was good, but the meat portions were poor. The scoop wouldn’t even fill up a child let alone an adult. The guacamole was the same way.
