Everyone was friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting. I LOVED the 70s & 80s music selections that played during our visit too. We had never been before and the staff did an excellent job of explaining the menu options and serving our order. The food was delicious and the only thing that could have been improved was that the tortilla salad bowl seemed a little stale and chewy. We had steak Salad and ground beef salad with queso. They were also very generous to give us each type of sauce/dressing on the side so we could explore the flavors. I really liked the habanero mango and three pepper (both are spicy.) Everything beside the tortilla bowls was perfect, and the portions were generous. My husband really liked the tea. As first-time guest, we also received a Sample of Churro Dreamcake Dip with cinnamon sugar dusted chips, and those chips were light and crispy along with a Salsarita bracelet for each of us. We will get the full dessert on our next visit. The two managers were actively interacting with employees and guests and it was a positive, upbeat atmosphere. Brandy visited all of the tables in the dining area several times and made sure everyone was enjoying their meals. We plan to make a habit of dining at Salsarita’s now after such a wonderful experience! This store has been open for 5 years and we have just now discovered the great food, clean restaurant, fun music and friendly staff…we will return!

The food is good and most of the staff are nice except this one lady. I believe she is a manager but she is very rude! I’ve only been to this location 3 times and every time she just in front of whoever is attempting to take my order. The last time the guy rang up the order and gave me the cost then she adds to it for the side cheese sauce then walked away. Because of her I will not be going back to this location anymore.

The only reason I gave them a 4 is because I asked for mild salsa and the gave me none…3 chicken soft tacos and no salsa.. lol. I did a online order so the bag was stapled shut… I didn’t bother to look. Other than that.. soft chicken tacos are some of the best I’ve had.

Best Tex Mex in Cleveland! Always tastes so fresh and clean. Food is healthy and cooked the same way every time. No issues with good food one time and poor the next! Very cordial staff.
The chips are the best. So much better than Moe’s or Dos Bros. Thin and very crispy. Delicious queso! I can eat the pico by itself, it is soooo good! Don’t even need chips! I used to get a chicken bowl every time until I tried half steak and half shrimp!!! So good! Steak is always tender. Hubby gets chicken burrito every time. Combo of burrito, chips and a drink is a good deal.

I loved the food (chicken bowl with chips) and most of the staff but one of the employees, I assume it was a manager because of the collared shirt, was extremely rude to me and my son. My son can be a bit fussy at times and is very picky, so deciding on what to get him takes a little while. As we were halfway down the line he was having trouble on choosing what to get, so in response the woman with red curly hair says “any day now guys” in a very demeaning tone. I was so caught off guard I thought she must have been joking, but as me and my son ate our meal she keep shooting us dirty looks. Everyone else on staff seemed to be exceptionally nice to me.

I have ordered from this location twice. There will not be a third time. The first time, there was a long hair sitting on top of my nachos. The second time, they delivered my food without all of my items and the food just didn’t taste the same as other locations. How disappointing. I really wanted to like this location. Ooltewah location is much better!
