I literally just watched the older lady that works there cross contaminate. She came from the back with one glove on and then she put ONE fresh new one on the hand that was bare, fixed my food and took the new glove off and took my money with the same glove she did not initially remove and kept that same glove on to fix the next persons food after touching money ! Why now put on two fresh gloves each time you’re prepping someone food!? CHANGE YOUR GLOVES, BOTH OF THEM! That is how people get sick!! Small, simple lazy steps like that! THE CUSTOMER DOEa NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WERE TOUCHING IN THE BACK PRIOR TO FIXING THEIR FOOD, so to come to the front and keep that same glove on and only put on one fresh glove is dirty and unacceptable!!!! Please fix this issue!

This catering order was for a large anesthesia team at a hospital. We have very limited resources and time to setup and eat. Priti was incredible and made this meal super easy for us. We were able to order easily online. Price was great. They checked in with us that morning and delivered on time which is SUPER important to get everyone fed. The food was delicious and our order was perfect. I was honestly shocked about the customer service . Out of this world ! They bent over backwards to make sure we were well taken care and pleased. Also expressed appreciation for our business. I can’t have a higher recommendation!

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE TO EAT IN THE WHOLE WORLD. The food is amazing and Hector is goated. Every other Mexican place is terrible compared to salsarita’s. The two taco combo soft with pork, lettuce, Pico, cheese, and sour cream, is the best meal I’ve had in my entire life.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at this location today. The staff made my day from the moment I walked in! They were so kind and friendly – definitely a breath of fresh air! They were also patient with me when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I decided on the chicken bowl and it didn’t disappoint! All of the food was fresh and the prep area was nice and clean. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Lex Team!

The food is okay but the service is not great. We got charged for two brand new things today that they didn’t tell us about and when I had to get the food remade it took like three tries. Nobody said sorry about anything.

I ordered nachos for my daughter and did not receive even close to enough meat for the chips. For myself, I only wanted chips and queso. I usually order the chips and queso with drink combo as a snack every other week. The combo with drink is about $4 and some change. On the menu, it is also advertised as a combo for $4 plus tax. When I tried to order it, I was told I can’t order that without ordering another combo as well. I showed them the combo on the menu and nowhere did it say you must purchase additional combo. Not even in fine print. She argued with me that I can’t get the combo by itself. So I ended up not getting a drink with it and really wanted to just walk out but they already fixed my food and I’m not that type of person. Very disappointed with service and I will not be returning to this location. The other location near Lexington Medical Center has much friendlier staff and always serve what’s available on the menu.
