My first time trying this place and I ordered a pork burrito just rhe way it comes. It’s tasty. It is exactly what you would expect for a chain restaurant. The best part of my visit was hands down the service. In a world that is so fast paced and busy, amazing customer service just doesn’t happen that much anymore. Shannon made me feel like I was the only thing that was important at that moment. From her taking my order and being the one to make my food, 10/10. She was so nice.

Lisa and Sharon (or Shannon, can’t remember) provided excellent customer service. I visited for the first time and Lisa was extremely patient with my order and helpful, even offering a sample (the plant based chorizo is delicious!). These two ladies genuinely care about their job and the customers, I hope Salsarita’s recognizes how valuable they are. Only complaint is the price for the size of the meals and the rice was slightly undercooked. Just want to again shout out Lisa and Sharon, they deserve the biggest raise!

Unfortunately, I just wasn’t into this steak burrito bowl, the flavor was pretty lacking. I did really enjoy the chips and queso, though.
If you download the app you can get a free entree. So I may give it another try and get a different protein and try out the nachos. I think it is worth giving another shot.

Clean, friendly atmosphere!
We had Salsarita’s at the airport when we left NC in April. We have family that lives in Fayetteville, so when my 10 year old kept begging to go, we came for lunch today.
The service is top notch. The ladies working the counter have the best personalities, and you can tell they care about their customers. Rice was swapped out when I ordered because she wanted to make sure my food was fresh.
They treated my kiddos with kindness, and they were just awesome ladies.
The food was good, but the service was wonderful.

we live be this place. the last couple of times the same ladies have been working. ( one of them was Lisa) from entering to existing service is A plus. the store is clean, food is great, prices good.

I have been here several times now and I strictly come for the quesadillas, specifically the chicken or the ground beef and the queso and chips. the flavor is always so good, the portions are a great size and the prices aren’t too expensive. I always have a great experience, my only complaint would be on occasion the beef is a little greasy but i’m not here to complain when its delicious either way!

Upon entering, we were greeted so kindly. It’s very clean and relaxing inside. The lady even informed me of their app and obtaining rewards. The food was quite flavorful and fresh! I enjoyed the array of filling choices! The only disappointment was the amount of protein you receive. I had literally a tablespoon of pork on my burrito, I asked the guy for some more. He added perhaps a half a teaspoon more. My burrito was good, yet, more like a veggie burrito. I don’t think choosing a protein is worth it if you won’t be able to find any inside.
