Great customer service, but they now CHARGE FOR THE salad bowl I HATE RESTAURANTS that nickel & dime you to death, while ALSO going up on the price. They also CHARGE for guacamole now, even if you get a veggie salad…Sorry but no one comes to Salsaritas to spend $20+ on a salad #PASS if VALUE for the money is what you’relookingfor…but great customer service

I ordered dinner online from Salsarita’s thinking I’d breeze in, grab my food, and head home to live my best burrito life. Instead, I accidentally got dinner *and* a live episode of Kitchen Nightmares: Community Theater Edition.
When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. No big deal, stuff happens. So I waited. And while I waited… the show began.
The manager appeared to be deep, *deep* in the weeds; like “emotionally lost in a cornfield” levels of overwhelmed. She was sprinting back and forth behind the counter like a chicken with its head cut off, loudly barking orders at two younger guys working the line. Not coaching. Not leading. Just full-volume panic with a side of public scolding.
Then another woman came from the back to help, and instead of reinforcement, she got the same treatment. At one point I genuinely considered sending the staff a discreet SOS signal to see if they needed extraction.
Meanwhile, SIX different walk-in orders rolled through the line and went out while I stood there, slowly aging. It was like my ticket had entered the witness protection program.
Eventually, the rush died down and no one else was waiting. I stepped up (again) to ask about my food, and voilà suddenly it existed!
Now for the plot twist: the food was actually really good. Fresh, flavorful, exactly what I wanted. If taste were the only category, this would be a glowing review.
But the front-row seat to Chaos Management 101? Yikes. Restaurants get busy, we all get that. But watching staff get publicly chewed out while customers awkwardly pretend not to hear is not the vibe.
I’ll come back for the food. I just hope next time the only thing getting grilled is the steak.

Absolutely loved it! My meal was worth every penny. The quality is waaaay better than Chipotle or Qudoba. Friendly staff informed me of good deals on the App. Around $15 for taco bowl, drink + guacamole. Not bad.

I had a long day today and ordered food online to pick up at the Blakeney location on my way home. The ladies greeted me with smiles when I entered and had my order ready to go. They double checked that the sour cream had been put in the bag too. Really good service and the food was delicious!

The food was awful and the price extremely unreasonable for what they serve. One of the worst eating experiences ever. I choked it down because I paid 40.00 for me and granddaughter to eat. They serve quite small portions, the food is extremely bland and just plain awful! Don’t waste your money. Even the prepackaged cookies on the counter were terrible. You can get better food at a gas station fast food store.

First time to this chain restaurant. The food tasted much like Moe’s Southwest Grill, but Salsarita’s chips tasted better! Customer service was friendly. Good first experience.

Beans and meat were dry. The server was very cheap with the portion. For the money I paid for my salad I should have at least gotten a better portion. Salsarita’s quality of food has gone down terribly

The first few times we’ve eaten here the food has been pretty good. The last few times have not. The rice has been hard and inedible. Inconsistency is one of the worst things when it comes to restaurants

Very disappointed. Services was friendly, but the food was subpar. Rice was undercooked and nearly chipped my teeth. Chicken had good flavor. Chips were overly salty and oily. Tables were worn and dirty. Tile on walls were chopped and broken. Won’t be back.
