Salsa Madre is my go-to for salsa. I am picky, I guess, about salsa. I found myself letting half eaten jars of salsa sit in the fridge until they expired and I would try another. It was a vicious cycle. I don’t want to waste food but that’s what I did. That is not a problem here. Salsa Madre Salsa always gets finished. All of the salsas and queso I have tried here have been excellent. The staff are friendly and I’m happy to see them at local farmer’s markets. When I have people over, I always like to have some on hand for them to try.

First time going here today… The beef enchiladas are delicious, very flavorful. Keep in mind it’s ground beef, not shredded, but still very good. The tomatillo sauce also amazing. I’ll come back to try other items for sure. Not a sit down restaurant, you get cooked food to heat up at home or freeze.

We discovered Salsa Madre at the Farmers Market in Provo and fell in love with their delicious salsa and queso. It’s definitely a splurge item with salsa costing about $6, but the fresh and delicious flavors are unparalleled. I would recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself.

I had the best pico de gallo of my life here. It was a truly transcendental experience. Just discovered them at the Provo farmer’s market today and I’ll definitely be going back. It was $11 for a bag of tortilla chips and a decent-sized tub of salsa, and it was so, so worth it. I tried some of the rice pudding and horchata as samples. They were so good that I’ll be buying full-sized versions next weekend. Check this place out if you want a phenomenal salsa experience.

Our new favorite grab n go spot! The homemade tortillas are awesome and heat up for amazing quesadillas- so buttery and good. We tried the rice pudding, tomatillo salsa verde, spanish rice, chicken tamales +horchata and everything was great. Being from SoCal where there’s tons of Mexican food options, this place checked the boxes. We will come back for their party trays of enchiladas and tamales when we have company!!!!

When I was visiting Spanish Fork I needed beans make burritos with my leftover taco meat. I searched for “grocery stores” and Salsa Madre was an option. Little did I know they would be fresh refried beans! They were tasty and were perfect for what I was doing. Also picked up some mango salsa that was delicious! I’m so jealous, we need Salsa Madre in Arizona! Lots of fresh Mexican dishes just waiting to be warmed up and enjoyed! Yummy!

We loved supporting them at the farmer’s markets around town, but love their shop, as well! You can’t go wrong with any of their salsas, and their homemade chips are to die for! Their shop is so cute and inviting, as well, and all of their staff treat you like family. We love this place!!

This is a grab and go food place. We are HUGE fans of Salsa Madre. We always visit them at Farmers Market. The salsa is amazing and the thick cut chips. Delicious. They have this permanent location. I bought my daughter rice pudding for after her audition. We sampled it at farmers market and she had been begging for it ever since.
They have a lot of ready to cook meals as well and even pie and horchata. Check it out!
