First time going to Salsa Limon on Magnolia and was keeping my expectations low. Went there because my buddy loves breakfast tacos and loves getting breakfast all day long. Well, it was 1pm and personally, I didn’t want breakfast. I wanted some barbacoa and a margarita. This restaurant came through with both. The barbacoa taco and the margarita I had were both excellent. Best barbacoa I’ve eaten in a while. Tasty margarita, leaning towards the sour side. My friend got his breakfast taco and I got my barbacoa and we both left happy and full. It might be a our new go-to spot when I’m visiting him in Fort Worth. My friend was confused with their self-serve soda fountain, they don’t have name brand sodas like Coke and Dr Pepper. They have other brands of soda that we’d never heard of. He got the cola flavored soda and I believe he said it was ok

A great spot for tasty tacos with plenty of options. What I really liked is that every taco has both veg and non-veg protein choices, making it super easy to customize based on what you’re feeling.
The food was flavorful and satisfying, and I really enjoyed their Jamaica Fresca—refreshing and the perfect pairing for the meal. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving tacos with some flexibility in choices.

Salsa Limón has never been a very affordable option but it’s always been damn tasty. Lots of things have changed over the years, but as long as they keep pressing those burritos, I will return. Milo, the face of ownership, represents his product well. It’s nice seeing him out and about the town, reminding people that much like himself, his restaurants are fun and best enjoyed with friends.

Food was great but it should have dawned on me when I paid that the portion size would be small. It was very reasonable. So the food is priced accordingly. The atmosphere was a little haphazard and loud. But I’m older I think it’s designed for a younger generation. It was over all a good experience. The horchata was great. That’s saying something because it can often be yucky if it’s done cheaply. So cudos to Salsa Limon for not messing around.

Solid tacos from a fun and bright place. We tried a variety of tacos (asada, barbacoa, pollo, pork) and we all really enjoyed the El Capitan version with a cheese skirt on the shell! The margaritas were pretty good as well! Would love to return when it’s warmer out to enjoy on the patio – and don’t forget to order the Queso and Chips – absolutely delicious!!!

Always have good service and food here. The sodas they have at the fountain machine are great. I love the Mexican Cola on tap. Queso is actually a little spicy which is great.

The breakfast tacos were EXCELLENT! It’s rare to find pastor tacos this good. The salsa’s were all amazing. Even the chips were delicious. Highly recommend.

Went on 1/25. Their menu has a lot of variety. I got a quesadilla and my husband got a torta, they were both great. What I really liked was the drinks and the bartender Julio was welcoming and attentive. He asked us if it was our first time and even gave us samples so we could decide on what to drink. Amazing service.
