Ordered over the app and for some reason the meat selection didn’t take when I placed our order. Didn’t realize until I picked up the food and took it home. Called and they had the meat ready for me when I arrived and even though I offered to pay, I wasn’t charged. Great service! Food is great. The salsas are very tasty! Hopefully the bug in the app gets sorted.

The highlight of this place is definitely their steak. Their steak used in these “Street” style tacos, were delicious. Very tender and delicious.
The salsa was fantastic as well, with their business practice focusing on freshness, you can definitely taste it.
The chips however weren’t the best I’ve had. They were kind of hard, not necessarily stale, but just tougher than I would have liked.
Staff were friendly enough.

Salsa Grille is a great place to grab a quick bite! They have always have fresh ingredients and friendly service. I love that they are conveniently located throughout Fort Wayne. The pineapple salsa is a must! Mondays are busy, but the meal deal is worth it the wait!!

The wife got a couple of chicken tacos and liked them though she thought that the meat could have been better drained.
In all an enjoyable fist trip to Salsa Grille, we will go back for another lunch sometime, burritos next time.

Salsa Grille is so much better than Chipotle. I love that the ingredients taste fresh and the cross contamination is nonexistent (unlike many places that are similar). The workers are really kind and are quite friendly. The portions are a steal for the price, not to mention the chips and salsa!! I love coming here for lunch as the atmosphere is very chill and quite clean!

The food is good, but this location, in particular, has a weird vibe.
I’m not sure if they are pressured by management to keep their portions smaller than normal, but they give you about 30%-50% less food than any other location.
If you ask for more of anything, they tend to get annoyed and do maneuvers to avoid giving you more of anything if you ask. It normally costs about $25-30 for a friend and I to eat at any salsa grille, and this is the only one I leave hungry.
They do all have awesome tofu!

Big selection of free salsa at their salsa bar and customer service is always fantastic! The quality of food seems to vary depending on their supplies like with the taco shell bowl has been stale a couple of times and other times was super light and crispy, and the spices to the meat seem to vary with different cooks? Overall is a great price for the amount of food you get around $10-$15 per person especially when you compare it to a fast food place and there you only get a tiny little hamburger with a couple of fries and a drink for the same price. This restaurant always has amazing customer service and a friendly warm atmosphere that never disappoints! We keep going back and really enjoy the food and experience overall! Big recommendation for them!

Well… I’m not sure what happened today but they were way off their game. I’ve been a Salsa Grille fan for years but something was different today. I ordered to go and here is what I found when I got home…
My chips were full on stale (like yesterday’s chips left out all night) my guacamole was definitely yesterday’s (sad, decomposing looking goo that gave that hint of the onset of fermentation tingling the tongue) and when I popped open my George’s Hot Salsa to help soften up one of those stale chips… well… I was greeted with the lovely smell of rotten tomato. It’s really quite an unmistakable, wretched smell. “How could that happen?” I can hear you saying… I’d sure love to know! But at the moment I’m just wondering about the quality (and age) of the rest of the food in my bowl (that I was so looking forward to eating…) Today’s experience was one of those moments that could very well redefine my personal list of good restaurants.
Salsa grille, just so you know, we (all of your customers) don’t want old food. We don’t want you to be “cheap”, we want fresh food made with good, fresh ingredients! If you are trying to save a buck by serving old food…don’t. You’ll kill your brand and ruin your customer’s trust and loyalty. I’d rather pay a little more for good, fresh food rather than sit at home wondering if food poisoning is on the agenda for today.
