Salsa grill is a hidden gem and the meadows shopping center on security boulevard. It’s been there forever with a peruvian menu and some american items. The whole menu is authentic, hearty and made fresh. Jay is the owner. He makes Carolina reaper hot sauce by hand and it is not for the weak. If you ask nicely, he may go in the back and get you some. But you only need 3 or 4 drops. Any more than that and your mouth is on fire. I recommend Paella. Dinner size for one is enough to feed four. They have a whole lunch menu which is about half the portion size of the dinner menu. YOU HAVE TO GO THERE IMMEDIATELY.IF NOT SOONER, THIS PLACE IS A HIT.
