This place is good but inconsistent. I love the food when they don’t douse in onion. Nowhere on the menu does it say in the keto bowl that there is onion. Yet filled with onions. Also, nowhere on the kids quesadilla does it say there is onion yet? There is onion in both dishes. I hate onion. Also, the keto bowl was $18 and there’s no chicken in it. It’s just lettuce. Wasn’t pleased. When I picture nachos the cheese is melted onto the chips. It was just a pile of raw ingredients, excepting the cooked meat, on top of chips that didn’t seem all that fresh. The quality of the ingredients seemed good though. The lighting in the place is rather dim as well, not very inviting feeling. Not happy with what I got for the price.

Food is fine when they actually make it correctly, but just fine. When they don’t, good luck having anything done about it. Stood around for 15 minutes waiting for a manager to ask why my order was wrong just wrong, but nobody talked to me. Worst customer service on earth can’t even get someone on the phone to try and make it right.

I ordered food through the website, and when I got to my destination I realized my bowl was given to me as a burrito instead. There is no way to call the store directly (just links to order food or leave a message for the company to reply to in 1-2 business days), so I drove back.
I had to explain the situation twice, and give back the burrito (that I had opened and was in my possession for 40 min). I’m not sure if they were going to throw out, which is a waste of food or provide it to staff? Just seemed odd.
An individual quickly brought me my bowl, and as I started to pull off I realized I was not given the side of queso that I paid extra for. I had to go back, again, in order to receive it.
We’re all human and make mistakes, but the customer service to rectify the issue was lacking & to not get it right even the second time was frustrating. This was my first experience with Salsa Fresca, and I do not think we will be returning.
